Thank you again steven, and dont worry about being "friendly" ive never had a issue with nothing youve made, not from any of you webinar you done for profitly to your amazing dvds or this content you kindly share on here.. Thank you
I liked the video editing on this one. Great in depth tips too. Thanks Steven. If your new duxinator course is like your youtube vids but more organized and detailed, then Im seriously thinking about taking it.
Hey Steven , super grateful for your content . Super excited for your course . May god bless you on your goals .
4:25 Important topics covered in here fo the breakouts, thanks Steven!
Yes User friendly and another well explained task same as the newer video. Thank you very much Steve !
Thank you for all of the useful educational information in this video. Keep the great content coming!
Again a high quality video like your previous one. Simple and clear information. I'm looking forward to the next one.
Steven, i'm in the process of tracking volume resistances for my breakout setup and it's all thanks to this video. How volume resistance affect the % moves of the stock and also how to simply identify a A+ setup and lower grade setup. It helps answer so many questions i had on why certain breakouts work and certain breakouts that don't so well. Thanks again man! Going to keep watching all your UA-cam videos from now on.
@ Steven dux I use obv to see divergence and use economic data to find my new trend. Using support or resistance as entry points
I just found you on You Tube and appreciate your insights. Very helpful Thank you for your work and time to post. Paul Kennedy
Great video Man!!! My 14 year old boy is studying your videos. Soon we will buy into your program and have him do the 1 on 1 with you. He seems to love your teaching methods . Peace
Started watching your content around February ‘21 when i first started getting into trading and nothing you said made any sense but now going into December’21, i can honestly say that I understand what you are explaining, whether i can use it properly myself is one thing but the fact I understand what you’re explaining feels good
Same here!
I really liked your AMA on another video. Good work man
Thank you for the great content, though I need more info on this to be able
to trade your strategy successfully.
Funny to see I took the exact same trade as you on CAPR. Got a perfect entry at 8,2, covered at 7,4.
- In his statistics, when it performs one multiday b/o, it doesn’t usually perform another one that well.
- The more times it tries to break multiday highs, the higher chance for it to fail because traps more bagholders. So you don’t want many fail spikes in the middle of the chart before the next breakout because it won’t be as clean of a breakout. Breakout level volume needs to be way higher than original candle. Volume doesn’t overwhelm previous candle, he will size in smaller.
- Don’t touch a ticker with too many conflict factors. Eg testing b/o but has overhead resistance.
- A lot of volume traded in next few months. If you can’t see how it’s going to perform on the first green day without any type of resistance, always wait until the stock finishes its day and record the volume. If the volume exceeds 70-100m, those would be an easy short. If it tends to break previous day high, you have a 100m support to risk off by buying multiday b/os. These types of patterns are most profitable & predictable.
hello steven ! where do you find general market data like the average volume traded on the SP500 ?
Steven, do you always wait for the first red day before shorting a stock with all your patners like the gap up short?
Thanks these videos are really informative.
Could you make a video on how to make profit calculations.
Thank you so much! Very informative.
What criteria do you use to scan for stocks in the morning
Steven I got a question to ask. What time frame should i use if i want to be a day trader and does changing the timeframe of the stocks have a different pattern to learn for each timeframe?
I wouldn't say only beginners. I have created my own pattern strategies and you are sharing info other traders don't talk about. I use simple math equations and patterns in the chart. Great info. Trading off and on since 2007.
Say for UAVS, if youre looking for the multi day breakout, when do you actually trade it? is it on the day of gap up and it shows up on the scanner? and you trade it after market open ? Or did you just have it in your watchlist when it had the first green spike ?
how long does historical breakout volume level stay relevant to predict the next break out? 6 months to 1 year ? or does a break out from 5 years ago is still a good predictor for future breakout ?
i like how smart and quick you are when come to stock market, but sometime i am struggle to understand your explanation. I really hope you can somehow find a better easier way to explain ur vision to words for us. I would love to invest more on your course/ channel in future time . Thanks Stev
yes hes not very good at explaining or there is not much to explain, its a lot of intuition + luck...
Good video, learned a lot. Thanks!
Where would your entry be on multi day breakouts? Are you buying right when it breaks past the breakout level or are you waiting for some consolidation afterwards or a dip back towards the breakout level afterwards?
what platform u use dux?
dux whats a good average % gain to aim for across all patterns, also whats a good average r/r to aim for when the win % is above 80
Hey Steven, do you ever trade options?
Hi Steven, which brokerage do you use for shorting? Also, what is your rank in CSGO?
Hi Steven, im always very grateful on your educational videos and it helped me recover my losses...
What broker do you use to find shares available to short?
What is the name fo the programm ur using in most of ur videos?
What brokerage are u using in the video ?
on UAVS you said you would buy the breakout because it has more volume than the previous high. do you hold overnight or do you take intraday profits because of risk of offerings or following day lacking followthrough?
New to trading! I got in on UAVS because of reddit, trying to learn how to read stocks and why they break out like that- This was helpful! I'm a noob and I used Robin Hood, I was curious is their a better broker to use? Also what software do you use to analyze all those different stocks I would like to use the same one you do! Seems easy to navigate the UI.
how to analyse stock for shorting, with high institutation ownership?
Hi! Thank you for your insights in tradable patterns. Is it possible for you to cover maybe just one example (ticker)? I am trying to catch up to your explanations but I feel you are going too fast. Thank you!
I frequently use subtitles, and they are so messed up for these videos haha. At one point the words said something about investing in a HAM. Otherwise, really appreciate the advice and insights. Thanks!
Thanku dux for giving so much valuable information. Could you make Video on level 2
Very good information i preceate it. Thank you for your work. But its so hard to understand you.. sometimes i think maybe not enough brains for this but when i look more than 5times i start to understand
Does anyone know if he talks about this in his dvd?
Solid stuff Steven. I do have a question regarding today's tweet, IO has earning and conference call today, also IO is not really NASDAQ. Is this kind of ticker (gap up because of earning/non-NASDAQ) tradeable? Can you make a video regarding shorting the earning gappers, since I think you mentioned before that do not touch earning gappers. Thanks!
He won't answer personally here... His editor handles this channel.
How do you know if the volume will be overwhelming on the breakout day? You are buying before the day is over.
He has some videos, I don't remember the names, where he estimates volume based on Pre Market Volume times 10x. And in another video ("Overcoming PDT Rules + 2020 Adjusted Volume Prediction") he explains Volume estimates by breaking the day into two periods, one being the first part of the day.
hey man, huge starcraft TY fan, first of all, why are there no videos of you playing SCII? and second, sorry to tell you but a lot of thing that you say i miss out on them because ican;t propperly understand you, if it's my fault i;m sorry but could you maybe get someone to do subtitles for you?
thanks for the teachings man
Good video! thanks Dux.
Hi, what about Europeans? Can we trade USA stocks?
Hi Steven, all your videos are great help but I find the information hard to use during the actual day while trading. You talk about the amount of volume traded for the day but until the end of the day you do not know how much volume has been traded in total which is obviously after the moves have happened and therefore is not a usable analytic. How can you know how much volume a stock will trade prior to it happening? I made a mistake and traded $POAI this week. Big mistake although it rotated its float when I did on wednesday? Any help on this would be good
thank you
How do u find out/calculate the amount of money daytraders are putting in to each market cap zone?
Thank you Steven for what you are doing to help those who want to become a successful trader like yourself; you’re helping people to change their lives! God bless you! Btw, do you have a Facebook page? Thank you as always!
what are the best penny stocks that you see
How did MGNX break the high of the year if the first day had a lot more volume? Is that normal because of earnings?
what platform is he using ?
At 6:01 , did you buy @ $6.60 and try to go long exiting @ $9.00? or were you trying to short it? (bounce short is a shorting technique right?)
👍🏾👍🏾
Thanks Dux
hi Steven, any tips on trading while handing a 9-5 job? would day trading be possible?
It could be difficult but just adjust your strategy that can work with that and do some checkups if needed. I personally trade options so I keep a close look usually for my exit point
Hey Steven. How do u know whether a setup is a multi day breakout or a short into daily resistance setup. Because I feel like the move could just get stuffed from those major resistance areas from before.
i think the judgement here is based on volume.. if is it higher than volume which was traded while making that resistance then it is likely to break through
@@ravasmathias ok thanks man i recently thought of that but wasn't sure. I am pretty sure float must also be low for these to occur right?
There should be consolodation before the breakout. If its a parabolic move towards a breakout level, theres a good chance it gets rejecected.
Hey man which platform do you use? I'm from Singapore by the way can you suggest a platform to use? Currently I'm using etoro and it sucks. Please respond
Apps Typhoon he use centerpoint and TradeZero
This man is goated
Dux, please help me with this. Question: when short sellers win a trade, who losses on the other side when the lender sold the share half way through the trade (when the short seller haven't close their position) on the brokerage firm that short seller borrowed from? It is the brokerage that losses the money? if so won't there be a conflict of interest between the brokerage and consistent profitable short-seller?
They are few - the consistent short sellers.
I made 116% shorting UAVS on the big drop it had
which forex app is better for trading
Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Volume hight = break out candlestick (trend) = entry now (trend)
Are you still in WORX?
Thank you for the money making vid, legit brahhhh
Video on Correct way to draw support & resistance
我觉得你前面不是太快了。。Haha. Thanks for the video Dux, feels everything I learn something new.
great ! its truth, i did check it !
Both you're DVD covers all of this right!?
correct
I was going to ask the same question. I did purchase both. How would someone swing trade into a position such as those tickers mentioned this vid? I'm still under pdt and swing trading this on the bull side would grow a small account significantly.
@@prospectla6316 PDT doesnt apply to cash accounts
@@Ali-ly9qn I know. But you would need capital to cover the settling of the transactions. I still feel cash accounts are money traps for the settling time. Plus, I'm not sure if you can short using cash accounts.
cash accounts take 3 days to setting. margin accounts (even if u do not trade on margin) settle same day (I think). I was gonna switch all my margin accounts to cash thinking I could day trade more but it would actually mean I would day trade less. the only way in which this WOULD NOT be the case is if you TRADE OPTIONS (which transactions settle in 1 day in a cash account). plus, if i want to trade in an IRA, u cannot short. most my money is in IRA's. so I will be buying PUT options instead of selling short (if the stock has options) otherwise I will use a regular brokerage account to SELL SHORT.
"if the volume exceeds 70 to 100 million that would be an easy short. And if it tends to break previous day high then you have a 100m support to risk off". Please expound. So you should short that FGD with volume? And then long the following day once it breaks the previous day high..?
I think he is referring to shorting into the bounce with 70-100m overhead resistance from the previous spike, if it breaks out out then it has a strong support level for going long. That was my interpretation at least.
is this the same strat as tim sykes
I dont wanna be your editor .... hahaha . But I would just do it for fun and comedy. My friend Ron Barba and me John we are actors from NY and LA and would love to make a nice interview soon with you. Very likely some industry people would be interested in learning about your trades and skills. We do know a couple Hollywood actors and other artists that would probably protect there investments with your expertise.
OK, Dux...I am ready 4 new video...
4:51 doesn't exactly make sense. He's saying that you need overwhelming volume to surpass the previous breakout's level and that's why VXRT didn't breakout higher than the last breakout.. but the next day it ended up mooning way past the previous breakout which held ~80M volume, even though it itself only had ~60M.
Also, the ~80M breakout had a continuation almost doubling its gains from the day before even though it had less volume on that second day. Sucks Dux doesn't answer questions too much because I'd really like someone to clarify this.
Dux here is saying that typically it’s a good sign if a breakout has a higher volume than previous breakouts. But if the volume doesn’t fit that criteria it’s still fine, but that’s why his orders are gonna be smaller in those cases.
@@tobycoolboy2908 Yeah, reading my comment back to myself it seems like one of those "all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares" kind of thing. Or the slightly less popular and probably controversial, "all chinese people are asian, but not all asians are chinese". Anyway, thanks for the response :)
Good video

Hy Guys,
I from Europe Spain and my biggest problem is that we don't have here any platform where we can trade this kind of beauty. Or I don't find it yet. To train my self without using real money I use the interactive broker platform because there I can find any selected stocks based on my scan. To analyze I use tradingview . I know exactly demo trading is quite different from real ecc... I try to do as its would be real.
My questions are the following
1. In this video what is this platform?
2. What are you using in Europe expect England?
I really hope someone from so many people can help me a little bit.
Best regards Richard

Hello Steven I only have 170 dollars can I get started trading?
Fuck it, learn tho
No you need to have a minimum of atleast $500 to short and also the fees and commissions would eat away your profit.
I would recommend at least 1500.Just learn everything you can while you save up the money
Save up more and paper trade a lot. $170 is too small imo
