And 120 ms handicap cause tesla has no gears..so the 7 gear changes alone is about 120 or 140ms..and tesla has no surge or linear powerband ..its a an instant wall acceleration..and still a light tuned turbo s can do the job

Beautiful Porsche, and amazing how fast it is with just a felt mods. As for the Plaid, I have one as a daily. It didn't look like you had Drag Strip mode enabled. That is the maximum power for the car as it will prep the batteries and pre-heat them to able to give you all the 1000HP instantly. Anyhow, not sure if you knew, but it will make a difference. When I've dragged my Plaid, without drag strip mode my best time in the 1/4 was about 9.6, with Drag Strip mode on, I managed a 9.3. If the batteries are cold, it won't be very fast either.
Good races. My Model S Plaid with 44 K miles has a little degradation of the batteries. Best i've done 60-130 so far is 5.1 and that was 95+% soc. 70% on up its 5.3 or better. Only have had it a few months so hopefully it gets a little faster as it warms up
Yea unfortunately that's what happens with batteries. I know at full charge with his car less than 30k miles he's doing like 4.9 compared to his 4.7 when it was new.
@AutoGlory Ah ok good info. Same with Dragtimes Plaid. He used to run 9.2 at 150-151. Now at 90+% its 9.3-9.4 at 146-147
@AutoGlory I've multiple 4.6s with my 22 when above 95% SOC. Mostly run 4.7-4.8 secs though when above 80% SOC. I have 11k miles on mine now. Wish I lived in the area lol, but out of CA
Gotta find a Plaid under 20k miles in the area to run the DC170
@TB-vb3ov Alot of it depends on how someone takes of the batteries on Plaid. Numerous runs to Superchargers is not good for batteries and can degrade them faster. I purchased mine used at 42K. If i knew what i know i would've got one with much less miles on it.
There's a guy with 59K miles on his and he still runs 9.2 at 150+. He takes care of the batteries

Great runs AG!!!!! The plaid fan fare is falling off faster then originally anticipated. My chief cardiologist and I switched cars for a week. I gave him my RS7 and he gave his plaid s....i was so fucking happy to have my rs7 back and he already purchased a RS7 from orlando audi...lol

It is safe to say at this point that EVs are not the future in any way, shape or form. Plenty of people complain about the Tesla and other EVs in general. Badly made cars, inherent heavy to which there is nothing that can be done, expensive, very limited range also. Anyway, it is nice that the Tesla owner actually roll-raced the car. Great race still.
