    500 GRAMS OF MINCED BREAST
    120 GRAMS TAIL OIL
    100 GRAMS OF BREAD

    1 TEASPON OF PEPPER PEPPER
    1 TEASPON OF ISOT
    2 TSWEST SPOONS OF SALT
    2 LARGE GARLIC CLOTHES
    A Pinch of Parsley

    PREPARATION OF

    4) Let's put the rested meatballs on our pre-heated cast iron pan and cook them. The bottom of the stove will be half open. If we cook on high heat, the outside of the meatballs will burn and the inside will remain raw. That's why we will cook it on half heat, slowly and constantly turning it.
    5) After about 13 minutes, the first meatballs we put in our pan were cooked. It was cooked very well on both sides and its smell is really appetizing.
    6) Let's cook our peppers and tomatoes in our cast iron pan.
