Great Review! I believe the Exclusive Lifetime Offer is only for the owners of Pixelmator Pro, i went to buy the app expecting the 99.99 price and automatically was offered the 69.99 price.
"Photomator can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because macOS version 13 or later is required." I really hate that vendors obsolete perfectly functional apple laptops, especially when those laptops are so damned expensive. Only a matter of time until a Pixelmator upgrade won't work.
You should’ve compared the healing brush with the “content aware heal” in Lightroom. That one works more like the one in Photomator. Also worth mentioning the fact that with a Lr subscription Ps is part of it too (cheapest base subscription). Then you’ll access the advanced tools of Ps too, with a bridge between Lr and Ps letting you work with the same TIFF file between the two applications.
Thank you for this review. I already own Pixelmator Pro. Do you think that Photomator would be worthwhile addition? You also mentioned that Photomator would be a great replacement for the Apple Photos app. However, I can't see a function where I can add a Caption or change the time and the place where each JPEG was taken. I am in the process of processing thousands of scanned slides which are missing theses details. Thanks again.
It would have been very helpful if you addressed why someone would want Photomator if they already own Pixelmator Pro.

The special offer is for everyone.
@@Veel1 I have only seen the 99.99 option. Did not own Pixelmator Pro.
Great overview ❤ I personally went for Photomator because Creative Cloud is such a pain to deal with 😅
Man, how much do you pay monthly for all services you use? 😅
$4.99 a momth
Great initial review. Thank you. Love the integration with photos. That healing tool was insane. I bought it outright.

Lightroom has super resolution under the denoise button..if you unselect denoise..it shows up as an option
I Mat have missed it, but I don’t think you mentioned the Photomator presets along the bottom edge.
Exactly my thoughts.. I don't even use the LUTS.
Hi Thanks for Sharing, just testing on the app, I could not find the watermarks features on the export, does it really had it or no ?

I really like your Video! This is a good compare between the two Applications!
Installed, went to purchase and the option for the $69 lifetime was there.
Thank you, great tutorial.
Hello, does it the channel mixer?
Thanks,
Fabrizio
Nice video how do you use a external hard drive on the app
If it's a subscription, what's the benefit over Adobe? Charging a one time fee is the one competitive advantage they could have had.
It has a one time fee of $69 right now.

Well, I will ask you instead: does adobe photoshop replace lightroom? Perhaps no. Here is the same thing
Do I have to pay for the mobile and desktop apps separately?
I cancelled my trial because adding metadata to a photo is not possible. If that is possible, I will probably come back.
Woww nice Photo Editor ^^ If only there is a censorship remover that would be cool ^^
I was interested until I seen they went to subscription.
Lifetime for 100 Bucks sounds decent
Looking interesting… all the way until “ subscription”. Just not interested.
