I Was There..The View Not As Good As This,..But,..I had The Vibe...It Has Never Left Me..!!! One Of The Greatest Times In My Life,...Along With 99..!! ;)
I remember I got Woodstock '94 on VHS in 1995. I was really happy about it because Primus was somewhere on the bill and they were my favorite band. Of all the bands that were on the tape, Primus and Rollins Band were the only 2 I went back to with any frequency. I was 14. Now I've mostly forgotten about Primus, but I'm still way in to Rollins Band.
I was stationed in the Army at Ft Carson in 94 when this Woodstock was going on. It was on PPV and had 2 channels, 2 stages. I locked myself in my room for the weekend with 2 cases and 2 large pizzas. This show smoked !!!! So did Metallica, Porno for Pyros, NIN, and Im sure Im forgetting a few more. Thanx for this. I taped that PPV show but erased it one night when I needed a VHS tape for a college assignment. Doh !!
Thank you so much for this. I saw this on MTV when I was about 11 or 12 years old and was terrified that Henry Rollins was trying to punch his vocal cords into my living room and strangle me. Only now later i find great appreciation for Henry Rollins.
The soundtrack to my teen angst. I had 'Liar' on cassette single and this was the b-side. I listened to this more than 'Liar'. I had the Woodstock '94 CD with this performance on it. Rollins Rules!
totally agreed. i bought the vhs way back when for NIN i think but found myself always watching the primus and rollins songs. those damn blue collar tweakers!! HEEYAA!!!!
I think Henry Rollins is one of the greatest human beings alive I like everything he does I love how he lives his life. I want to be him I wish I could be him he does everything how I would do if I was wealthy good for you Henry
@PovRayMan Ha... funny you say that - even though I've always had some respect & kudos to the big fella for rocking out hard & keeping his head screwed on whilst those about him are losing theirs...but recently I just cant get enough of Rollins Band... esp this 93/4 era, and esp. their live performances, and esp. Fool!! Thats a serious mother funkin tune!

One of the greatest b-sides of all time! (if you're too young to remember what a 'b-side' is, ask a passing old person. 😉)

Black man really fits to play bass or drumm. They have soul that nor any caucasian or asian can play.
+Grammatical Erorr What ever racist. I have seen plenty of incredible Asians and white killing it with plenty of soul.
I like the guitar tone when he shuts the wah off.
raw power!
Hank was best with Melvin on bass ,Melvin rocks it
I can definitely relate. Although, I did enjoy a few other acts like Porno for Pyros, Green Day.... but this track especially rocks.
0:59 epic leg thrusts begin
RAAAAAAAAB WALLLLLLLLACE
Oh, well, yeh. Porno for Pyros was great, too. Perry kills. And the first Porno album is beyond fantastic.
Uh. Perfect.
What album is this song from ?
H2 mucho mas historia!!!!!
When does he start to actually sing...geeez
0 people like Justin Beiber, nice.
primus sucks!
No, but may notice that for you is really "big deal" something normal that mature people called - sexual orientation.
Even if he is gay...So what?
Nope, next time try harder you quickly start boring
