INGREDIENTS:
500g shell or screwy noodles
125ml vinegar
250ml tomato sauce
125ml sunflower oil
Few drops tobasco sauce
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
200ml white sugar
25ml curry powder
Pinch of pepper
METHOD:
Cook noodles and drain well.
Mix noodles, green pepper and onion in a salad bowl. Mix all the liquids and spices together. Pour over the noodles and mix well.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
It tastes best if made the day before as it has then had time to soak into the noodles.

Hello... 😊 What was in the spice that was added?
@@shinaazlg ja but is it a masala or is it cumin, jeera, chilli powder mixed together? I use raw spices, don't buy premixed stuff, so it would have been nice to know which type of spice, especially since pilchards already has a specific flavour, which is acidic. The cinnamon sticks don't always balance the acidity.
