$2,500 a month times 5 years = $150k That $60k purchase price must have had a pretty high interest rate. And it sounds like the previous owner still got the going rate for the used equipment.
That's top line revenue, so the profit margins are significantly lower than that, which was not highlighted very well in the video. It sounds like after a certain amount of business the fixed costs are covered and the profit goes way up after that. However, ir also sounds like there is limited demand for the work, which means there absolutely is an upper threshold, and it's probably a lot lower than most would expect. Give it three to five years, and I'm guessing this guy will sell this business to an unsuspecting employee (outside this business) who is sick of their W2 job. That sale is where the actual profit will generated.
Imagine telling your friends you own a street sweeping business and they're like, 'Wait, what?' But then you drop the 'I make millions' line. Priceless! 😂
I’m on biz scout and I can’t get past the 1st page. There are 3 pages and no matter what page I am on it only shows pg 1. Please try to fix. I am enjoying the clean look ! Great upgrade from the competitor 😊❤
It's aint about recenssion-proofing, it's about Private Equity proofing...unless you sell to them, otherwise you will be put out of biz if they buy up your competitors.
Codie, This is inspiring as always. I have been having a bit of a question nudging at me. What are the alternatives to the bank/SBA in securing funding for a business purchase besides Seller Financing. Would really appreciate a response. Thank you.
I have been in the market since 2022, I have a total profit of $795 thousand realized with my $65 thousand invested in Bitcoin, ETFs and other dividend income, I am very grateful for all the knowledge and information you have given me.
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, tone like mrs Geraldine Lane.

I quickly did the maths also, and realised it didn't add up. I love Cody, but just curious..... how she did not pick up on the inaccuracy 😢
Excellent film and edit. A UA-cam career is an incredible opportunity.
Keep these coming Codie! Love it.
Whoop whoop! Thank you
@@CodieSanchezCT Wow... Straight up fan boying right now...
I think there needs to be more transparency about the actual transaction of the business.
Yeah if the company is making 15-20k a month, he's not buying it for 60k. Theres always a bit of missing info on these videos
thought the same. Numbers are not adding up. You gotta take everything you see with a grain of salt.
Plus he said he bought it for 60k seller financed at 2.5k a month for 5 years, which is 150k
@@Jamsandwichofficial I'd prefer videos that actually go into it from start to finish instead of just being a hype woman lol
@@fibra-ox1tj for sure, it's just "free information" after all to contribute to her bigger goals of getting people in.
Wow prevailing wage is pretty damn high $80 per hour for a driver crazy!
Two drivers and he makes $60k a month and lives in a different state?

Codie dressed like a total bae for the baseball player. Anyone else notice?
no I notice a big bulge bone in her right hand in her right hand.
Impressive how trusting your team allowed for growth even when you were away.
That’s true leadership!

I randomly looked at your account and found this. Thank god.
I thought the street sweeping was something the city did. I didn't know it was a private business
One of your best videos Codie
Enjoyed the video, I dont know about Codie driving though. lol.
How do you find the business for sale?
where did you buy the business

Sheesh. Codi is Genius. I'm over here looking at this. OG cinematographer here competing with a diluted Industry. LOL
Good video.

How can we find people selling their businesses ?
took a break from youtube for a bit... dang girl, you tripled your subs?
This is brilliant
This is a very hard business
Love this!
These videos are really good! She should make content : D

How would you find these businesses?
Nice 👍🏽
This guy is why things cost more than they should, he inflates the prices he knows nothing about. Let the subcontractors make the money.
$78/hour? Now difficult is it to drive one of those? Do they have to repair the vehicles as well?
Firstly, a driver needs a CDL.
Former mlb player?! Who is he?
What’s Brandon’s last name?
I think its too much unnecessary action in a video that i could watch with less craziness

I'm favoured, $22k every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America🇺🇸

My advice to everyone is that saving is great but investment is the key to be successful imagine investing $6,000 and received $32,700.
Absolutely! Profits are possible, especially now, but complex transactions should be handled by experienced market professionals..

Investing in stocks is a good idea, a good trading system would put you through many days of success.
