Is there a video for the waterproof bags attached to the XP 3.0?

The above link does not at all help with installing those waterproof bags. Got another suggestion . I'm searching

Can you use these backs with the cargo racks?
Hey there! Yes, but you will have to tuck the "lids" of the XL Panniers in, the large or small baskets will impede their folding unfortunately! Let us know if you have any questions, we're here to help.
