Brilliant review, Nique! Super professional, thorough, and balanced! This kind of walk-through really helps me separate my emotional mind from my rational mind, and helps me make a more informed decision... I so appreciate your reviews!! I'm gonna need you to go with me whenever I buy magic stuff, LOL...
Hi Nique, I've only got a couple of booktests but I do enjoy using them. My preferred is "All About Eve" and the more I use it the easier I find the phishing...... And here's to the next 1k. Cheers4now.
Fantastic review. I got it and love it. Question, you mentioned something about the Zandman book tests that you would bring up near the end of the review? What was that? Also, of all those book tests you have, is there another version you like as well for closeup or casual? Colin's? Zandman's?
Oh, it’s the fact that I during performance there was that extra step that was needed - I found myself making mistakes in the heat of performance. 😩 For close up I don’t think I’ve ever used any of these actually! Even if I do perform one casually I’d probably use some books that were around and perform a version with regular books.
Great review and overview of other book tests! Question: which one of those real book covers (at 3:30) is covering the odd-one-out book in the Ultimate set? The book for selecting a page number? (I'm desperately trying not to expose.)
@@niquetan Thanks for the confirmation. One strength of MOABT is that if you flick through the book, you cannot see any repeated page at all. Even under close scrutiny. Can we say the same for the Alchemist book test? I am asking because I have another book test called Babel book test and you can easily see repeated pages in it. Thanks.
@@MayurSomani I don’t think this will be a problem with The Alchemist; as I mentioned the “work” is only in a section. My only other thing with The Alchemist is that there are a couple of paragraphing and/or layout issues, but nothing too major for me within the context of the routines I perform.
Everyone watching - make sure you subscribe to Nique Tan !!!
Wow! Thank you so much David! Really appreciate your kind gesture! 🤗
Great review and impressive collection of book tests!
Thank you for watching! 🤗

Congratulations on hitting 1000! Seems like a great book test, only problem is finding good booktests in spanish :S
Thanks for watching! I suppose you’d have to either make your own or use methods with regular books! 🤗
@@niquetan that's what I do, but I would enjoy using the comercial ones

Thank you; you’re too kind! 🤗
@@niquetan I am merely "Making a Prediction", LOL
I have almost 50 book tests, so my addiction is much more advanced than yours. :)
Ok you definitely have an addiction hahaha! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Would love to see your collection!
I’m just a hobbiest, but No. Hoy is enough for me.
Bye the way stop buying booktests 🤣🤣
