Crystal Cove had a good ring to it . Maybe some pleasure piers or fishing piers will also add to the attractiveness and tourism. Hotels 🏨 and theme parks might help also.

I loved the idea of the observation tower looking down that main road you see the city, the ocean, sports, university and just the views would be amazing!!!!

woo I'm famous! The new neighborhood reminds me of the shape of a harp-and being near HARPoon Bay, maybe call it Harpsong?
And there is a tree on top of another tree near the baseball park-darn anarchy ;)
