i found the problem but i don't know how to fix it.while the craddle was moving from left too right i found out that a small piece from the right next to the cartridge opening is suppose to be bent down but instead is up which stops the movement help.
My carriage is in the right side of the printer and it won't go in the center. When I try to turn it on, the carriage goes from right to left at a normal speed, but at the end of the left side it will go at the right side at high speed and collided at the end with a "BANG" sound, its almost like it wants to destroy the printer itself. Please help me!

The title of the document is “Download and Install Your Windows HP Printer Driver and Software for a USB Cable Connection”. It will walk you through installing the printer onto your new computer. If you have already installed the full feature software and driver, please search for C03286146. The title of the document is “Try the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows”. The HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free utility (tool) that helps to quickly resolve common printing, scanning and connectivity issues. You can download the utility from hp.com/go/tools

Your first option should be the site for contacting HP, when you click on it you will be prompted to choose your country/region. They will help you figure out if it is the cartridge that has an issue or if it is the ink cartridge holder. Please let me know the result.
