Steve is grossed out over premature chickens in his coffee, but will drink it.
I love that S7even is down for just about anything. I also want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the games we played during the pandemic, it felt like I was playing with friends and everything felt normal plus we were able to enjoy ourselves and get our minds off the craziness of the outside world and have something to look forward to for the next day. Thanks again.

Love your reaction to egg in his coffee. Whole egg is really yummy and creamy but you just need to whip it fast so it doesn’t become a chunky coffee.

Remember in Rockie, the movie, he drank raw eggs just down the hatch when he was in training for his fight. Down the hatch Steve!
One of my favorite sayings is Don't knock it till you try it but in this case - I just can't. I'm glad you're enjoying it though ✌
I make egg coffee, but I use an egg yolk only, no egg white. It’s delicious and creamy. I do that to replace the heavy cream.
I did the yolk the next day and it seemed the same--then I did the whole egg the next day and it didn’t fluff AS high but all three were very similar! 😆😆
Butter is just cream whipped into butter.

Steph, you might want to try unsalted raw butter from Raw Farms sometime. It is expensive but a nice treat.... so good!

I have never been a breakfast person. When I was a kid my mom would whip an egg yolk & sugar into my coffee before I would go off to school.

Vietnamese coffee is sweetened whipped frothy egg in your coffee, it's really good. Some people sweetened it with honey or sweetened condensed milk I think any sweetener will work.
The old church ladies put eggs in coffee for years.

No it didn't we were shocked! All around us was devastation we just had mild wind and rain. 🙏
I've lived through a handful of hurricanes & lots of tropical storms & nor'easters ---they are weird like that. Hurricane Sandy or superstorm, came through & about a mile (less than, if you measure how the crow flies) away, the houses were up to their roofs in water -no exaggeration. We had zero flooding. @@StevenSteph I thank God for your safety!
Steph ~ if you fluff the egg whites and add them on top of whatever coffee your making , get a small tin / jar of say ? international roast coffee ( the really fine powdered one ) and sprinkle it on top of fluffy whites it infuses a nice coffee flavour this is even better if you whip carnation milk , and sprinkle the fine coffee powder on top " Yummy " . The best in the world is to make a hot milk coffee , top with whipped carnation & then sprinkle OMG soooooooooo good .
Hi Steph and Steven, I agree wholeheartedly with the writer's sentiment below, love when you played games. Can I tell you that today in Albuquerque NM, I saw perfect mattresses in the dumpster at Home Goods with a senior sitting in front of it homeless 😳 What do you think??? I was not happy 😕 Keith and I are retired living only on SS. I wish I could have called you to see these mattresses. Living off of SS is really lousy!!! My parents didn't care about their children getting trust funds and I am paying for that now!!! Congress and the Senate got an 8 thousand dollar raise!!! Really this do nothing government 😒 We can barely make it through the mth. Sometimes have to go without a meal near the end of the mth. Keith and I have a son who is totally dependent on us. He has Downs and severe Autism. He was adopted from Hong Kong. He can really eat!!! SS can't match the food, rent and car payments!!! Frustrating Joan 😢

I used to drink egg whites raw all the time in a protein drink,, all good till you get major sticky farts lol.
Also in Canada anyway, they sell flavoured egg whites, you just drink it like milk. Weird but tasty

Starbucks just came out with coffee with olive oil in it. I liked it but found it a bit much after a few sips. I think if they used a lighter olive oil it would be better. After I found out it cost $8 for a small, I never bought it again.

I don't drink coffee, so here I sit on the sidelines wondering what it tastes like. As a kid my mom would give me a cup of coffee just to try it and I had to add milk and sugar to it, because I couldn't stand the taste. As an adult, I didn't drink coffee, because of my ADHD, I took Ritalin which is a stimulant. Mixing that with coffee, caused my heart to beat really fast. Now that I stopped taking the stimulant, I suppose I could try coffee again, but I have a silly fear that my heart might start beating fast again, so I haven't tried it. Anyway, it's good to try new things with your coffee........as long as it doesn't have chunks in it!!! 🤣🤣🤣 😻😊

Well ok then. I had a really bad experience with a wisdom teeth being cut out and literally turned grey. SICK, couldn’t eat, they made me milkshakes with the whole raw egg in it. I’m not sure but I my try this. Hmmmm. Thanks 😊😂

I do think its funny that you guys still drink coffee. It is so bad for you with the mytotoxins and mold and it raises your cortisol. I just think it's funny. Its been so fun watching you do carnivore, i have thought about doing it
Here's some interesting info from Mayo Clinic on coffee, While past studies hinted that coffee might have a dark side, newer research suggests that it may actually have health benefits.
Why the reversal? It's hard to look at just one aspect of diet and connect it to a health condition because so many other factors that could play a role. For example, early research on coffee didn't always take into account that heavy coffee drinkers also tended to use tobacco and be sedentary.
When newer studies adjusted for such factors, they found a possible association between coffee and decreased mortality. Coffee may offer some protection against:
Parkinson's disease
Type 2 diabetes
Liver disease, including liver cancer
Heart attack and stroke
Coffee still has potential risks, mostly due to its high caffeine content. For example, it can temporarily raise blood pressure. Women who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding need to be cautious about caffeine. High intake of boiled, unfiltered coffee has been associated with mild increase in cholesterol levels.
The bottom line? Your coffee habit is probably fine and may even have some benefits. But if you have side effects from coffee, such as heartburn, nervousness or insomnia, consider cutting back.
@@StevenSteph yes but most coffee on the market has been tested and comes back with mold. There are only a few brands who test to make sure they do not have mold. One being bulletproof coffee

If you tempered the egg with a bit of coffee before adding the coffee you won't get clumps.
I can't do the carnivore diet because my mom and sister both have stage 4 CKD so I have to baby my kidneys and not eat too much protein. Darn it 🙁
