Scream sneezing is quite normal and very healthy! To hold the pressure back can be very dangerous! 🤷🏻♂️😎 When I scream sneeze and people (colleagues) look at me I just say „sorry, just had to clarify this point!“ 🤣

I don't exactly scream sneeze, but I don't hold back because as I've gotten older, my ability to restrain a sneeze is inversely proportional to my ability to restrain my bladder and I'd rather let loose with the former.

My husband does it too, it’s annoying. I’ve heard him sneeze at a normal volume when we’re in public. He saves his scream sneeze just for me.

Had a colleague who did this, and he had allergies, so it happened lots.
I never got used to it because there was no warning, just instant.
