There is no limit to the no of programs you can apply.
3.8 CGPA, 7 years working experience in government sector. Worked on 2 govt projects. Did volunteer work for 3 years. Got 2 recommendation letters still rejected 😢

I don't have enough money to go abroad for studies without scholarship. Coursera offer financial aid scholarship. 75% of the time they grant aid. I won't recommend you to pay for it

they are misleading! Erasmus is easy to get as compared to the other famous scholarships like Fulbright, commonwealth, chevening etc as per my experience.

Yasss some german master scholarships allow max 6 year gap between two degrees.

There is no minimum criteria generally. GRE is not requried. The specific information will be mentioned on the program website.
