@@hijabfatima8958 It’s not mandatory first. Secondly, no one expects you to have a publication after your bachelor. But if you have it, then it is beneficial for sure.
Can we apply to a program when we have subjects related to the field in our bachelor’s degree? Also can we apply to programs that are not directly related to our subjects in bachelors?

Coursera has an option of applying for financial aid. That way you can get their certificates for free.
