Portal keeper is meant to be played in warlock with the redraw card. "do this when you draw it" effects are strong when you can literally cycle through your entire deck in like 2 turns.
4mana 4-7 restore 5 health to the enemy hero is pretty freaking good tho.... How often does that 5 health actually matter, when you mostly just use that minion to trade on board.
Playing as haghata you can easily have at least 6 spells in your hand so two violet spell swords for 13 spell damage and then two lightning bolts to the face for 32 damage

Hmm i'm Interested in some of the NEW Elementals, i'm currently playing a shaman ele deck and so far this month it's taken me from rank 18 to rank 12. Deck List :- Blazing invocation x2, Dust Devil, Totemic Smash x2, Voltaic Burst, Earthen Might x2, Elementary Reaction, Menacing Nimbus x2, Bog Slosher x2, Electra Stormsurge, Far Sight, Lightning Storm x2, Mana Tide Totem, Unbound Elemental x2, Zentrimo, Hex, Thunderhead, Bloodlust, Earth Elemental x2, Fire Elemental x2, The Storm Bringer, Hagatha The Witch The Idea behind this deck was to only use cards from Basic, Classic, Rumble, Boomsday and Witchwood
Jeweled Macaw was played for a good while, but then better cards/decks eventually came out and JM no longer had a home. JM is honestly not bad by any means, and Shimmerfly is even better than JM, despite its effect being a deathrattle. You're almost always going to get the deathrattle to go off. Reason being is your opponent using one of two silences their deck would have (usually) on it _just_ to deny you a random spell is quite a waste. Typically they would expect you to have better things to silence later in the match. If the Shimmerfly gets buffed though, then it wouldn't be such a bad silence target.
PH4RX If Hagatha is "in play" and you havent played any spells before it enters field, you can, but only if Hagatha Passive triggers before Battlecry does. 👌
I love how Blizzard specifically cited card consistency as a reason for changes before, and here they introduce an echo card... without echo. Just to confuse people.
I can see Faceless Rager being a very good fit in that Silence Priest deck. Even when you don't have any tools to silence the big statted minions on your board, they're still gonna be useful with cards like Faceless Rager. I just thought of this, but those minions that need to be silenced are also a good way to get Mass Hysteria value
Mad summoner+Impferno. Make your imps 2/1's and mad summoner a 5/4. Kill all opponent's imps. When your imps die reduces Jumbo Imp cost. Turn 2: Ancient Watcher. Turn 3: Faceless Rager. Or Arcane Watcher. Tuskarr Fisherman + Arcane Watcher.Wild only. Heroic Innkeeper+ Spirit of the Shark.
I think Underbelly ooze with the rush lackey buff would work pretty nice if the opponent has some minions. Turn 10 play Ooze, windfury it, give it rush, fill your board. Next turn play the tempest for mega windfury and wreck your opponent. The only problem is getting the rush lackey and not getting your board cleared for one turn
The Reservoir's Elemental tag means you can play it for 0 with the mage spell that reduces its cost. That makes the tag relevant to some tiniest extent.

You attack with Hunter to deal two damage and gain two spell damage. You cast four rapid fires and two kill comands for twenty six damage. You can even just do this over the course of a few turns while siphoning in hero powers and getting minion chip damage.
Save Conjurer's Calling for Draw effect minions in Arena decks when you want to avoid the fatigue. This seems to me the best way to use it since I only draft Control decks.
Voidlords are going away but I still bet it's possible to put together an insane deck for darkest hour if you keep it super spell heavy so you're basically guaranteed to pull Mal'ganis and a few buffed taunts. Would be insane with voidlords in wild against anyone who lacked hard removal of Mal'ganis.
The Jumbo Sized Imp will work. I think it's a 5 star card. With skull of the Manar'j (sp?) double voidlord, double 5/7 charge demon, double 4/5 deal one dmg to your opponent's board demon. That's really all you need.
The power creep dang... I'd love to include many of these cards in my battlecry rogue deck. 6 minions with Spirit of the Shark, +24/+24 taunt! Shadowcaster or Sonya them back into your hand for huge threats on the board.

Average spell is probably better than average beast minion. Deathrattle compared to battlecry though...

No, Kragwa works with unstable evolution, which is also "repeatable", but not echo.

Kirin Tor Tricaster makes arcane explosion the same as flamestrike, a 7mana deal 4 dmg to enemy minions. BUT you also get a 3-3 minion on board.
I'm actually more excited about the pack filler cards as there are some which look great in arena
