Evan Agee look up A&F Drum company’. They’re on top right now! They have tiny drums and HUGE drums.
It's actually a snare! He doesn't have it cranked here, but if you look up other performances/his IG videos it's VERY 'drum n bass snare' sounding when it's cranked. A&F drums have come up with some truly cool stuff, and Dan has some of the coolest.
That Snare is so haunted I saw four guys with plasma rifles and a creepy green ghost inspecting it after he was done playing

Hi Alex. Oftentimes the artists will already have music written that they want to perform to in their videos. If they don't already have music and are open to some outside writers, we have a few that we work with.
