Some great ideas. My only question is how long do your welds last? I just don't see much penetration when piling spot welds on top of each other like that.

Another fine job carried out with minimal tools.
One small criticism if I may. The top mounting point of your rear shocks needs moving down to counteract the movement of the frame towards the rear wheel when you sit on it. The clearance would then increase enough to hold the frame better whilst still giving the desired look.

¿ Cómo harás para estirar la cadena, o cada vez la irás acortando quitando eslabones?
Achei bem legal o fato de ser artesanal, porém faltaram alguns detalhes como: regulagem de corrente, enbuchamento na suspensão traseira que pelo jeito que foi feito tera um desgaste bem prematuro, e uma melhor calibragem do amortecimento traseiro.

The muffler should be higher.
Next time, try filling the tubes with sand before bending. Might keep it from wrinkling. Those wrinkles in a frame are bad news in terms of longevity and safety.
well done for your build, nice bike but the rear swingarm mount to the frame is weak and will wear out soon, the exhaust is dangerously low, the stand needs a spring and the chain when moving sounds louder than the engine...it's also as a rule, the levers of the rear brake should be on the left side of the steering wheel. with a little work, you can still perfect it because you have the know-how. be healthy...👍

Its a good build and it works, although I can see from the way its difficult to corner that your rake geometry is a bit off. I have done something similar in the past when modifying the rear suspension height on a bike. The steering was all weird and dangerous. The rake was wrong, so had to modify the front suspension height the same.

You should have made it a hardtail!
I hadn't used those main tubes wrong bent, you should have sand in the tubes. Those have got a breaking line and flattened tubes. no bearings in swng arms, and o on, no, no. I had done it as a hardtail. 50-110 cc semiauto? In the total: Don't use it, as a test of skills yes, but don't ride it. A message to all watching this: This is not the way to do it, not at all, mistakes and bad constructions are píled on each other.

на первых трех минутах становится понятно ,что чувак безголовый. Варит электродом, а не полуавтоматом. Так при этом руки голые ,ни перчаток ,ни рукавов - как минимум ожоги сварочным светом ,как максимум рак кожи. Не делайте так!
Гавно!!!!! Маятник должен быть на подшипниках!!! Подножка с пружиной! Натяжение цепи нет а должно быть!
Potremmo elencare i tanti errori che hai commesso durante la lavorazione, ma ci delimitiamo a dire che:
oltre ad essere orrenda, traballa, fa rumore, la catena tocca in un modo assurdo e tutti l'hanno notato, il sedile si evince lontano chilometri che è scomodo perché in discesa, le sospensioni sono troppo morbide, e sprovvista di frecce e specchietti, senza porta targa, etc..., inoltre, non hai saputo realizzare nessun pezzo in modo da poterle dare un look accattivante e bello da vedere, se avresti messo già qualche grafica forse sarebbe stata leggermente più carina.

You're an ok fabricator but please learn motorcycle building. I would in no way ever want to ride that bike. Unbalanced, way too long and extremely under powered. You hit 3rd gear before you left the short driveway. Top speed of what 35-40 kph.
not sure vintage style, all rear frame system have big fail, not nice not vintage style, ugly and worst all idea. need made totally different frame if want beauty bike. rear all need change new better beauty old style. mean normal bike style not thats,
