I have an osprey fanny pack and actually really like it. The only thing that I wanted to change with it is that it didn't have a concealed carry compartment. It's literally the same size as the XL. The standard is a little small in my opinion. Nice video.
Thanks! I definitely think I’ll be more of a fan of the XL the more I carry it. I’ll check out the Osprey pack as well. The market is starting to raise an eyebrow to EDC fanny packs. We should have some additional solid offerings in the near future.
It would probably fit. My PSA Dagger Full Size, with optics, light, and threaded barrel fits. Specifically referring to the XL bag. No chance in the regular Bando.

Just get the XL. You'll thank me later. Also, the strap is barely long enough to wear as a sling for me. Extended to max length, it fits perfectly, and I have a very average build.

I have 5 bando bags and it's crazy how I have to purchase an extension strap for each
Both of the ones I purchased came with the extensions.
I think my Glock 45 with optic and a light may be a super tight fit in the XL? Seems like a fantastic bag but would hate to grab one and it not fit.

Are the extension straps included? I thought you have to buy them separately.
They are included.

organic growth is also what I encouraged

I would agree. Unless there is a specific reason for the standard, the XL provides much more versatility.
What happens when someone robs you for your bag? There goes your bag with everything in it
Train up, stay situationally aware, and don’t be an easy target. Personally, I carry a blade on me at all times in addition to my ccw.
The Vertx lost me with only having one main compartment.
The Eberlestock definitely has more elbow room
