For me the trailer was breathtaking. But I hope they stay faithful to the novel and they don't rush the events or skip important moments and dialogues. As for the Megose fight, I don't think it's a significant difference since the cathedral and the blackthorn security company are connected. Maybe they will try to make the fight more interesting by adding a chase scene through the tunnel or something, since cuttlefish did rush the fights in the first volume.
I predict this is gonna allow lotm to reach a whole new peak in popularity. It would be great if you made more videos on the novel or other lotm related stuff. Goold luck
in chapter 202, 4 black dots are mentioned "After an unknown period of time, Klein suddenly heard illusory sounds that overlapped one another. Pretty sure it means the luck enhancement ritual where he had to put the food in the four corners of the room to get in the sefirah castle, but after the first time he can use the black dots to go inside without having to do the enhancement ritual again.

For the Fool Card, it is also called "The Child" which is numder 1 in Major Arcana, which is has same meaning that is new beginning. In other word, Fool and Child is the same Arcana.
I believe an exact adaptation would be difficult considering the writing style of the novel. But this looks quite gd, the vibe is very eery & similar. It'll more likely be kind of its own thing , which if done right, might be a gd thing
there's def going to be at least SOME changes. No way can they one for one adapt the source material, even with 24-26 episodes (If they even have that many) seeing as the source is a novel and the adaptation is in episodes of 30-ish minutes. All I hope is that the changes/cut material are handled well and convey the same info with decent pacing, just in a different way suited to the new medium.
I fear the anime is gonna be mid at best or garbage at worst. I have no trust in chinese animation, and i believe the trailer was made from scratch as the anime will be aired only in month/years. I hope i am wrong but its unlikely
