I'm a Cabinet Vision engineer. Does Mozaik allow for User Created Standards? In CV we can make UCSs to manually program CV to do things that it wasn't originally able to do. For example, I can make notched hanging rails from blind nailers on uppers, parametric sex bolts, one piece face MDF face frames.... I even have a UCS that activates when a face frame cabinet face grows above 48" and changes it's dowel boring pattern between a case and face frame from a parametric hole placement that reads from the overall part length on our OMAL edge borer to a fixed pattern running from both ends of the panel part. Tons of super complex stuff that we have to manually program. Does Mozaik have options for an unlimited amount of high level customizations like CV does with its UCSs?
wow, my head hurts trying to figure this out....Now if we could figure out how to "make" those curved rails easily 😁 very helpful, I just built a round top cabinet with Mozaik, (round face frame panel product, square cabinet box)...and I would be interested in what you have come up with on that. (parametrically)
I also needed an Advil or two for this one...the formulas required to make this work are intense. Here's an example if you're curious...this is only one point in shaping a door rail...yikes! ((D-CabRS-DoorFrame.th)*SIN((((2*(D-CabRS)*3.14159265/8)-(PrGap/2)-InSetRev-(DSW*2))/(D-CabRS)*180/3.14159265)/2)*2)*COS(((((2*(D-CabRS)*3.14159265/8)-(PrGap/2)-InSetRev-(DSW*2))/(D-CabRS)*180/3.14159265)/2)) I'll shoot you an email. Nic
Nic, this was amazing. What a skill!
Wow what a fantastic new concept for Mozaik. How are these radius parts routed on the CNC?
Hi, Nic this is great work!!!!! Now what material are you going to use to cut this out?

Hi Nick, think this concept would work for drawing a barrel vaulted ceiling. Love the creativity brother
Thanks Neil! You could certainly draw a parametric barrel ceiling structure in Mozaik...neat idea

Can this be done with a frameless cabinet
Sure can Paul...shoot me an email at nic@frostcnc.com
