I walk everyday along the corridor of my appartment!
I lost my dear husband five years ago and moved into an apartment. So now I walk 1200 steps each hour along the corridor. I meet lots of other folk who live beside me. I walk for 15 minutes each hour for four hours every day!
I don’t have to worry about the weather and wear whatever I wear!Im 83 years old and feel great!

In the summer of 2021 out of the blue I had a massive bout with depression. Seemingly came out of nowhere, for no reason, and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I Couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t eat and literally couldn’t get out of bed. Zero motivation and I even became borderline suicidal. I went to talk to a therapist out of fear that I may act on the suicidal thoughts, she told me to start walking or jogging everyday. I will never forget the depths of that period of depression in my life. I lost over 30 pounds from having no appetite and just laid in bed all day, everyday. Finally I started to walk which turned into running. THE WAY IT MADE ME FEEL WAS SIMPLY AMAZING!! The RUNNERS HIGH is real and it is powerful!! Within a few short weeks I was back to my old self. To this day, I believe this therapist saved my life with such simple advice. Walking and Running were my personal cure. Don’t hesitate, get after it today and change your life. No matter how low you may be feeling, know that you are loved and YOU CAN YET THROUGH THIS with a little will power!! Brighter days are ahead!! Go get them!

Yes its all about moving outside ...
Of our caged perchance of sitting to work ...
Stress and lack of being aware we need to unwind and stretch it out
what work thoughts 🤔 do to our body.
    Time out to straighten up
    For another days work.
Being aware of tension and walking it out ..
Moving it away from the experience of tightening at desk
    To shaking it out
Yoga will help but go deeply into feeling your body .

LOL: I've never seen one Italian family, Nonno, or Nonna go for a walk after eating a meal. Nor have I ever witnessed one set of American grandparents going for walk after eating.
If we are going to make a change, it has to be now with this next generation.

Greenhouse gases! The gases that are in a greenhouse are what sustain the plants that we eat for us to survive you ninny! We have a give and take relationship with them. We breathe the oxygen they put off. They in turn breathe in our carbon dioxide.
