"Best of wishes to India from Mexico!" Thanks for the kind words. We Indian Hindus were the first people to declare anywhere in the world thousands of years ago through our Vedic scriptures "Vasudhaiva kutumbakam" (which in Sanskrit means "The world is one family"). Furthermore, Lord Krishna also states in the Bhagavad Gita in Chapter 5, Verse 18: "The learned, with the eyes of divine knowledge, see with equal vision a priest, a cow, an elephant, a dog and a dog-eater." Also, we Indian Hindus were the first people to declare anywhere in the world thousands of years ago through our Vedic scriptures the fundamental oneness of all living things, for example the Katha Upanishad says: "As the same fire assumes different shapes when it consumes objects differing in shape, so does the one Self take the shape of every creature in whom He is present." Furthermore, we Indian Hindus were the first people to declare anywhere in the world thousands of years ago through our Vedic scriptures that we are all Pure Consciousness, which is infinite and eternal, experiencing life in a temporary human form (you can call Pure Consciousness 'God' if you want, but I don't, because the word 'God' has limiting religious connotations that I would rather avoid). India is the bridge that connects the West to the East. India is connected to the West (in places like America, Europe and Australia) through the Indo-European language family, while India is connected to the East (in places like China, Korea and Japan) through the Indian religion of Buddhism. We Indian Hindus have ALL the wisdom, strength and intelligence we need, the only thing most of us Indian Hindus lack today is SELF-RESPECT and we NEED to regain our self-respect NOW, my fellow Indian Hindus. BHARAT WILL RISE AGAIN!

Many of the Indian immigrants that have come to Canada have started talking about returning home. 10 years ago this was unthinkable.
As a Chinese, I truly celebrate India’s achievements! Can’t wait to visit the country in person. It hurts to see people suffering in poverty, regardless India, China, Africa, or anywhere else. @@dewangsharma4812 I’m actually an engineer working in the USA. But I grew up in Guizhou Province China. The place I was born is only about 500-600km away from the east tip of India. a very poor place where people used to work so hard year round and barely survive. I came to the US to study and see the world. Since then I made a few friends from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. The more we talk, the more we realize how culturally close we are. As for English, Chinese kids learn English since elementary school but because we don’t use it in our daily lives, so the language barrier is real. I feel that is one of the major causes for the misunderstanding between our people. As for how Chinese people view India, that is a long topic which I won’t be able to cover all aspects here. I love to talk with you about it if you have more specific questions. Here is something I can think of quickly: India is always portrayed as a fellow victim of the colonialism and an ally we should unite with. In most Chinese history, India is this great ancient civilization that is so familiar yet exotic, so advanced while peaceful. Literally it was this place that many gods reside and for thousands of years believed to be the heaven that pure souls ascend to after they endured all the suffering in this life and completed their work on earth. In my memory, all the negativity about Indian were from the colonial era when the Brits used Indians (mostly Sikhs) as policing force to do their dirty work and oppressed people in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The boarder disputes was believed to be the seed of evil will planted by the western colonists to divide us. Similar what they did in Africa and many other places throughout the history. So we should not fall into that trap and let it divide us.
@@dewangsharma4812 There are stereotypes, populism, and nationalism getting into the way and causing misunderstandings, but that is exactly why we should talk more and get to know each other better. For example when people saying “Oh Apple is shifting their production from China to India, so India should be proud and Chinese workers will lost their jobs. That is pure BS and totally missing the point. Any one did some research should know that Foxconn manufacturing the IPhones only gets less than 7% margin while Apply gets over 50% margin. It’s like two slaves are fighting because their master gave one of them a bit more leftover, what they should be thinking is why they are slave and the master gets to make the call.
Most of the westerners knows india as a dirty place as i have seen in internet and tv shows that has shown india. But i have visited there and seen India through my eyes. I am from Nepal and india has to be one of my favorite country as it is not what westerners shows. It's a holy place, it's a country full of varieties in everything and rich in culture. I find it fascinating that people living in Western Europe have already seen the development decades ago and there has been no new development here for years... as if they are frozen in time... they find it hard to digest that India has developed so much...
Me bhi germany me hu..they think we still have poor infrastructure..or maybe they know but media font show them much. But they like Indian talent. Hypocrites
Europe is a declining region, its governments obsessed with posturing and dictating as if they're still superpowers while the people grow old and poor, their tax dollars wasted on failed attempts at integrating their replacements. The EU considers itself a "regulatory superpower" because it issues enough top down rules to rival soviet states, ignorant to the brain drain fleeing to the US as anyone with entrepreneurial ambitions seek less punishing masters. Any change to their decline will be far too late as their system is by design slow and contentious with each nation arguing over any and all issues.
For them, not much has changed in the past decades except for the rise of internet, and even then, Germany is way behind on that. The Germans then project all this onto every other country.

I'm an educated man and an academic with big business aspirations who's always loved Indian ancient history and the truth of what India has contributed to human civilization both ancient and modern. Who invents the concept of zero in mathematics and why doesn't India to this day get credit for being the first civilization to invent written language bc it was not ancient Mesopotamia at all. India invented Buddhism, Hinduism and the biblical theory which Jesus obviously ended up spreading to the world in Isreal after his sabbatical then crucifixion. They say that all roads lead to Rome or ancient Greece but they all lead to the subcontinent of India. Didn't invent biblical theory, was writing quickly so didn't mean that so what I meant was that everyone knows, including Vatican academics at the Vatican that Jesus was on a sabbatical to India where he studied under some Bhuddist monks and possible some Hindus then returned to Judea and started or rejuvinated or revived what was known at the time then obviously the rest is history as Christianity was born. I didn't mean India invented Biblical theory at all but the Indian Bhuddist mobks obviously had a huge impact on the beginning of modern Christianity bc they obviously already had the writings and teachings of the 10 commandments. No one talks about it obviously for obvious reasons but global academics is inevitable 'opening up' because it has to. Anyways this was a very small point
Ten commandments predates Buddhism and Christ what the hell are talking about,Buddhist monks were active in middle East that's true and a lot of practices like the rosary were inspired from Buddhism that's true but the ten commandments predates Buddhism by atleast 500 years.
@@Gnomezonbacon American building by indian looted money from 1790 to 1940.Look at the history of any of your universities which was established at that time, the one who invested in it, where did he get the money from? The one who made the university first looted in India then he took the money and went to USA so that he could keep the money safe because if he had gone to UK then UK government would have kept all his money in its treasury. Understand from this thing, in 1700 AD, India used to have 40% GDP of the world, after that its share decreased and that of USA increased and by 1950, USA's GDP became 40% of the world. I am not spreading hatred but I am telling the truth
This is result of Colonised brainwashed education. What makes you think India is inferior to any country? Having money or infrastructure doesn't make you superior/inferior. It's ones own actions which determines our goodness . For Superpowers - wether they can have good influence or bad influence. That's their mark . But all are equals.
India will remain democratic because the people there do not like to be dictated; they like to be persuaded. And the Indian ethos is also to persuade and appeal rather than coerce, in order to get things done. Democracy is the only way in India, everyone understands, not because others are concerned about it; but because ordinary Indians see it that way. Note: this is not democracy the way the left in the US sees it and share concerns about; it is a very earthy understanding that property rights matter, opinions matter, and that it is always better to be persuaded than otherwise. Indians have imbibed democracy in a way few others have.
West democracy is below china and still crying for fucking democracy😂😂😂😂. It is democracy or autocracy nothing matters only jobs, standard of living and GDP matters.
I hope that India does not succumb to imperial ambition, and focuses on improving lives of its citizens, thus become a gold standard for an ancient civilization reinventing itself in the modern era.
love your channel, love this episode. I really hope to see India thrive in its economy, modernization and democracy. Over a billion people living in a profitable democratic system could do a lot of good for the planet.
Or it could be much worse for the planet. Imagine all the new factories with shitty ecological standards, followed by billion new cars polluting, new ships and so on. Chinese pollution tripled with their economic growth and it has affected entire planet.
That did not last long. Because it was china, the quickly modernized and now china is the world leader in green tech and adoption of green energy. China used to have the most polluted cities, now they are all in India. Beijing etc no longer have smog everyday, but blue skies. Shenzhen is all electric vehicles and buses already, high speed rail has 40,000km of rail already with more to come. China is the world's factory, so china polluting more is normal. But if other countries kept their factories, they would not be able to go green like china did so fast. In fact USA and west even deny climate change and refuse to go electric cars, then stay on massive petrol guzzlers with no shame. So china being the worlds factory is great for the world since China will be carbon neutral by 2060, even as a developing country and the worlds factory. If China or the world outsourced such production to India or other developing countries after, it will be disastrous for the world since there is no way India can be carbon neutral Anytime this century. Their cities are already the most polluted in the world and they aren't even the world's factory. Their supposed holy river ganges is so polluted yet they still swim from it and even drink from it to prove a point, then get sick a few days later lol. Such mentality and backwardness will be even worse if India becomes factory of the world like china was.
India will disappoint both optimists and pessimists. India will grow and become a vibrant superpower on the global stage for decades. A hub of religion, diversity and prosperity. But it's unlikely that India will be the next "superpower" which dominates the world like the US, or has it's GDP growing 20-fold like China. It's also important to note that India's fertility rate is collapsing, having recently dropped below 2.1 By 2040, it's likely India's population will start to shrink but that might be beneficial to the country, just like China at the moment.
It may reduce, but it doesn't have those massive 'waists' in their population demographic age groups that both Russia and China have. Where the population in some age groups is a real problem that comes back to whack them about the head in a few decades from now. So there's plenty of young generations at the bottom of the bell to help out.
Their GDP will grow at least 3-4 times though, which would be enough to: 1. Make India as prosperous as Malaysia 2. Make India the 3rd economy of the world by far
@@krissteel4074 I agree, although I think countries like China can still fix their demographics, which means India can stabilize their birth rate. It doesn't matter how many young people you have, when raising children is 5x the GDP per capita on average, the birth rate isn't going to be great...
@@J_X999 Only way China could really stabilise is if they bring back lots of overseas ex-pats, their annual intake on people getting permanent residency from anywhere else is so low that it doesn't matter. They've hit peak population a year or two ago and now it just goes down due to the 1-child policies of 40 or so years ago that drastically cut the normal growth rates. Kids are really expensive to raise to any kind of useful extent so they do tend to plateau once it costs too much to have more than 2-3. That mostly comes to living costs and to some extent working hours when you need both parents in the workforce. How well India manages that? Kind of hard to say as they do have some fairly bad infrastructure and land problems which sort of limits the amount of people they'd 'easily' be able to support without some kind of major work to their import-export markets. They are really well placed globally for that to happen though so its not out of the question they 'could' do it.
Am glad you mentioned the drop in india's fertility, as western media seems to be focusing on the fact that india's population has now suppased china's population. Not that its population is in fact below replacement rate
India will be the country which will lead human society to digitalization with its knowledge and labour power in that sector and it would be a start of new human era, which is just fascinating.
All Companies on the forefront of digital research are either American , east Asian or European. India is big in services but doesn't contribute much to research.
@@starwarsgames5467 That's what I said their knowledge/expertise along with cheap labour will fuel the mass digitalization of stuff, kind of like how China with it population brought about cheapest products we could ever have in global economy, India with its labour will do same for the digital economy and good (which will be majorly offshoring for sure). Funny enough both the population of China and India existed in right era, like how a country has industrial revolution then digital one so the population of China provided industrial revolution of sort to the world becoming a factory in times of globalisation and now India will help it digitalized the global system.

Indian civilization is not western and I know my country, the UK, still hasn't apologized for what it did (but that will come soon enough); but I genuinely do think we share a lot of important values. If India develops too much it will be suppressed by the West regardless of democracy. Luckily for India, China will resolve that problem for you and open up possibilities for unlimited growth.
@@alexlazar4738 I confidently predict that the US will have no desire to suppress India, largely because I don't think India has any ambitions to be the preeminent military power. The US and China are locked into a battle because both want to be number 1 and this is a VERY different thing from this idea of "the west" trying to supress China". Moreover, it was the CCP that initiated this new era of "Great power" politics. Of course, China is well within its rights to challenge the US to be top dog; but it is laughable to then complain that the US is now responding in kind to try to maintain its status. In fact (and far from the collective west suppressing China), western firms have played an important role in China's growth story. Also, this idea of a monolithic "west" is not really true when it comes to China (it wasn't true regarding Russia either until February last year. We literally had the US threatening sanctions against German entities over Nordstream 2). Even now countries like France and Germany are resisting pressure to decouple from China. I hope India can save the rivers from pollution. I understand their in a history of collective respect for land and rivers. A stronger central government protecting one of the strongest future assets
It is not possible. All the factories that are opening up need to dispose their waste in rivers for now. When India gets rich and the manufacturing jobs move to africa only then the rivers will get clean.

What people don't realize is that the Indian Rupee is not fairly valued. When you consider economies in terms of Purchasing Power Parity (PPP), you find that India is already the 3rd largest economy. In Nominal GDP, China is 6x larger than India, but in PPP, it is only 2.5x larger. Also, all of this assumes that China's GDP numbers, simply provided by CCP are actually accurate. By some estimates the real size of the Chinese economy is 50% of the numbers quoted. Already the rupee is appreciating and is expected to appreciate by a large amount ~ 15% against the US$ in the next 5-7 years or so. If this happens, you will have to multiply the GDP by 1.15. So by 2030, since GDP is growing ~ 6%-9% a year, in just the next 7 years that is 1.075^7 * 1.15 = ~1.91x. Current nominal GDP is $3.5T, so estimated nominal GDP by 2030 will be ~ $7T.
I've been looking at ways to invest into Indian securities, it will see a huge boom, and open free society with rule of law and helps that so many English speakers will interface with the rest of the world wide business community not just the US, as it is the international business language. Big things out of India in the next 20 years especially as most despise CCP lead China today and will only get worse as they act like gangsters.

India was always connected with the rest of the world. it was connected to ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia in the bronze age . It was connected to the Greeks , Persians, Central Asians in the Iron Age. It was connected with Rome, China, Japan and the rest of South east Asia in the classical age. So the oncoming of British is nothing special. In fact India traded with Italy , Spain and Portugal even in the middle ages.
I would love to see India rise to the top power in Asia. Firstly it needs to increase the number of Indians who speak English. Secondly it needs to increase it’s reserve army. Thirdly it needs to attract more foreign investment.
I would say Firstly infrastructure, economy. Secondly education, R&D, defense Thirdly cleanliness, less corruption, accepting difference will make india one of the best country.
I think the 21st century will be an Indian era. India is far greater than what we think, with its 5000-year-old civilization, cultural and tradition. I think no can obstruct India from becoming a world superpower.

What is the best outcome for Indians, Europeans and Americans (meaning all the continents)? A unified European Union, a democratic India and a stable democratic system in South and North America. That, in combination with a unified democratic front in southeast Asia (South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Japan, phillipines) would be absolutely wonderful for everyone involved. We could combine our navies, armies, trade, cultures and ideas. Our science, our innovations, our religions, our cultures. No tyrant could make war on our peoples again. No dictator could infringe on the rights given to us by our respective God(s). Let's all be friends - Europe, India, Americas and Southeast Asia. We have everything to gain and everything to lose.

theres also sport, india is the capital of cricket. IPL is growing and competitive, bringing in the english speaking world every year for sport is a big deal
Unfortunately that’s an extremely optimistic outlook, cricket isn’t big in neither Africa, Europe (besides England) or the Americas. Football still rules the world and is very unlikely to be challenged any time soon, I heard India has some inherent problems with football, even being banned by the world organisations for a few reasons
@@fuzzyhair321 India pretty much dominates cricket financially. God knows why we haven't won most of the world cups. Most of the money comes in cricket from Indian market.
@@KrysFG Many new countries are entering cricket every year. From Afghanistan to Finland. IPL is already one of the most valued sports franchises. Few people in India actually care about football (it's India, so a few means a few million). It's really not as important as in your side of the globe. With India's rise, many more would be introduced to the sport. And correct me if I'm wrong but the sport has lot of potential considering the subcontinent alone consists of emerging economies that make up 1/4 of all humanity.
@@HemantKumar-id3jg As a Bangladeshi, I would prefer us to build our football capacity, rather than cricket. Now that our economy is growing fast, local companies are investing in building football in Bangladesh.

Being an Indian, I an not thrilled with India's rise, especially because of Unemployment, youth unemployment is really high, and India is only growing quickly because of its large IT sector, manufacturing in India is rising but, not on the scale of China's rise. India would definitely be a a large economic power, but not like the US which basically controls every thing, from major companies, to essential companies like Google, Apple, Qualcom, Intel, which is a not a good sign, Most Indian Startups(including Unicorns and Decacorns) are losing money. India would suffer similar fate to china, where it would be dominated by its larger rival, where the designing and stuff, is all controlled by US, china is just used for manufacturing, and if they went against US's interest US would strip the nation of its manufacturing. Japan survived because of its good tech industry, but it still relied heavily on US firms. So to be a "superpower" as PM of India and many optimists say, they need to make their own products, and they are not doing it, government is mainly focusing on manufacturing and not on designing the products. India's rise is a mere reaction to high wages in China, and India as well as China would most likely get trapped in Middle income trap.
I think China will break away from this pattern you are talking about, like Japan. Even because they are forced to due to competition with the US. India is more complicated, but with a popultion so large as they have I think they will acquire a certain mass which will help (of force) them also to build their own indian-owned high value added sector
Even the US began by copying British manufactured goods, and the first American factories were set up with the technical input of British (mainly Scottish) engineers. Just saying.
In addition, even if India launches some companies that contest the practical monopolies entertained by some US companies, it would very likely only lead to income/wealth inequality. Most won't be enjoying its benefits, and few will enjoy it much more than most others. Having a large working population can be a major benefit, but you have to be able to utilise all that work power to have a demographic dividend. If not, all you have is competition pushing wages lower. But with relatively low living costs, we might see a large number of Indians becoming entrepreneurs. I imagine a modest lifestyle can be financed with just a small number of international business activities.
every country has it's own bottlenecks to deal with, eventually they run out of people, or pollute too much, or oversaturate a market. Trends don't last forever and nearly every country's rise was tempered by it's own internal problems holding it back. I think India will be no different.
@fuzzywuzzy0549 why? Isn't that just appropriate according to the logic of the original comment? Or is it not valid for America just because you're American ? 🤡 lmao americans have such delusional main character syndromes it's hilarious
@Fuzzywuzzy05 America, the land of the brave bringing democracy to the world. In Reality Is a flawed democracy Killed millions of civilians in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan Has kids getting murdered regularly Is stupid enough to allow civilians to carry weapons Land of the crazies and racists.
If they had abandoned their tax system and allowed businesses a little more room they'd already be industrial, but seeing the global conditions: they manufacture it or do without. Not that hard to see what they will decide. Pan-Americana is falling apart because most of the world are industrialized and their weren't that many kids produced globally.
When talking about India, people often makes the following mistakes 1) They take the population growth and young population as a automatically postive When in reality, majority of Indians growing up as we speak lives in living standards close to Sub-Saharan Africa. Especially in large Indian states like UP and Bihar This means the current generation of Indians growing up has already lost, and at best would have to wait for their children to catch up This is due to a combination of malnutrition of Indian children to a lack of quality education. 2) Some people also assumes just because there are money being invested around in Indian startups, that automatically means a good economy But in reality, look at the sectors Indian startups are engaged in, they are all Software related, which means vast vast majority of the Indians can't even participate in this sector of the economy One of the reasons why manufacturing is important, is because it employs vast amount of workers in stable relatively well paid jobs. The overreliance on Service and software, means only a tiny minority of Indians can take up in the economy Resulting in 90% of Indians currently working in the informal sector. These people are not population dividends, they are burdens.
Blame the stupid congress, bcz of them USA invested in China a communist nation instead of India.. It would be india in place of China if not for this ritarded congress govt.
Does the share of manufacturing declining to 13% really mean a reduction in manufacturing, or a much larger increase the the overall economy due to services, etc.?
All of Kashmir, Aksai Chin, Siachen Glacier, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan and even South Tibet belong to India and will eventually rejoin her. Regards to all Indian patriots from Mexico!
Great video. Most of the economist and western media miss one point when it comes to India and it’s household income and not per capita income. Due to Indian culture many people still lives with family with parents and children. Before 20 years my father was only earner and I was in college and my sister was in school, by 2004 I started earning and my sister in 2006 and my wife in 2008. Now if you see per capita income it will show as $2000 but in year 2000 my dad was only earner and by 2008 there were 4 earners in family which gave 4 times spending power as we still live with family in same home. This is a big difference, families can afford new home, car, air conditioner as the monthly expense is still almost same or marginal increase but now it’s 4 earner in family and only my mother was home maker. This is a common story across the India This one change is still continuing as majority of people are under 25 years of age and with every passing year families will have more earner and less passive family member. So if you see per capita income it might gone up from $2000 to $3000 in 10-15 years but when you see household income that went up from $2000 to $12000 and that’s what makes india fastest growing economy… I am sure most of the people in 40s have same story… Second most important point which every one ignored is efficiency For example Indian agriculture output or yield per acre was 50% of US or EU, with technology, machine and weather forecasts it improved by 40% in last 8-10 years and still its 30% Lowe vs world… so with technology the productivity and output increase is adding GDP without much CAPEX or expansion… take trains highways. The transportation is now faster and even with higher fuel cost due to more Qty and speed the per kg cost is not going up… that’s what happened in US and EU between 1980 and 2010 and now happening in India It means efficiency and productivity will add another 25-30% GDP with expansion and CAPEX and we are untapping or debottlenecking the system which increase output and keep cost at same level… in every sector in India there are chances of efficiency improvements that itself going to make up 3-4% GDP growth and additional investment will add another 3-4% GDP growth rate
20 or 30 years of growth for India are a no-brainer. They'll become at least a middle income economy. The question is how far after that can they go. Same about China. No doubt, however, India will be by 2050 at least the third economy in the world.
@@DocPrakhar That's very likely, regardless, it will be 3rd for a long time, the question isn't if it will become third, but if it can overtake China and especially the US, which would require it to become a high income economy, most likely (unless China completely stagnates)
Well As an indian, I can assure you that India's rise is not going to create trouble for anyone. It'll be in the favour of humanity. There might be small countries which aren't influential enough and then there are countries that are the same but allied thus inviting resistance.

hi fellow indiannnnnn
"Best of wishes to India from Mexico!"
Thanks for the kind words. We Indian Hindus were the first people to declare anywhere in the world thousands of years ago through our Vedic scriptures "Vasudhaiva kutumbakam" (which in Sanskrit means "The world is one family"). Furthermore, Lord Krishna also states in the Bhagavad Gita in Chapter 5, Verse 18: "The learned, with the eyes of divine knowledge, see with equal vision a priest, a cow, an elephant, a dog and a dog-eater."
Also, we Indian Hindus were the first people to declare anywhere in the world thousands of years ago through our Vedic scriptures the fundamental oneness of all living things, for example the Katha Upanishad says: "As the same fire assumes different shapes when it consumes objects differing in shape, so does the one Self take the shape of every creature in whom He is present."
Furthermore, we Indian Hindus were the first people to declare anywhere in the world thousands of years ago through our Vedic scriptures that we are all Pure Consciousness, which is infinite and eternal, experiencing life in a temporary human form (you can call Pure Consciousness 'God' if you want, but I don't, because the word 'God' has limiting religious connotations that I would rather avoid).

Here is something I can think of quickly:
India is always portrayed as a fellow victim of the colonialism and an ally we should unite with.
I wish to be able to travel across india before i die. I want to discover everything that is in India. It's a beautiful place.

I sincerely hope India can become a great power without sacrificing its democratic values.

@@amaratc feel free to move to somalia to reduce your burden on the environment , because the downtrodden ain't going to stop moving up.
It's also important to note that India's fertility rate is collapsing, having recently dropped below 2.1
By 2040, it's likely India's population will start to shrink but that might be beneficial to the country, just like China at the moment.
It may reduce, but it doesn't have those massive 'waists' in their population demographic age groups that both Russia and China have. Where the population in some age groups is a real problem that comes back to whack them about the head in a few decades from now.
So there's plenty of young generations at the bottom of the bell to help out.
Their GDP will grow at least 3-4 times though, which would be enough to:
1. Make India as prosperous as Malaysia

I would say
Firstly infrastructure, economy.
Secondly education, R&D, defense
Thirdly cleanliness, less corruption, accepting difference will make india one of the best country.

I think the 21st century will be an Indian era. India is far greater than what we think, with its 5000-year-old civilization, cultural and tradition. I think no can obstruct India from becoming a world superpower.

Lovely video. Rare to see someone just going on about poverty/low hygeine/corruption but actually explaining them and that too in a positive manner. Can't mention how much of a morale booster it is for an average Indian watching your show.
You left out Africa. Africa is the future and only China seems to be working on it . Others have abandoned it.

theres also sport, india is the capital of cricket.
@@KrysFG Australia, England, and new Zealand do a tour in India every few years and they visit. Our prime ministers always meet for these events too
@@fuzzyhair321 India pretty much dominates cricket financially.

A recommendation. Please read The New BJP by Nalin Mehta for your upcoming video on the BJP. I hope you don't fall for the trap of source bias that leads people to tag the party as fascists or a party wanting to quell democracy. This video was really well balanced & I'm hoping this trend continues in your coming videos.
We all start somewhere in this world.
And wise humility/ assertiveness balance, is the only thing that brings us forward.
With Love, from Slovenia ❤
Someone actually got it. I hope if India ever rise he can overcome USA pressure.
Correct map of India has left the chat
every country has it's own bottlenecks to deal with, eventually they run out of people, or pollute too much, or oversaturate a market. Trends don't last forever and nearly every country's rise was tempered by it's own internal problems holding it back. I think India will be no different.
America is already at the end of their time
@fuzzywuzzy0549 why? Isn't that just appropriate according to the logic of the original comment? Or is it not valid for America just because you're American ? 🤡 lmao americans have such delusional main character syndromes it's hilarious

It's hard cuz India was Socialist till 90s and the mindset is still there.

Great channel. Keep up the good work.
When talking about India, people often makes the following mistakes
1) They take the population growth and young population as a automatically postive
When in reality, majority of Indians growing up as we speak lives in living standards close to Sub-Saharan Africa. Especially in large Indian states like UP and Bihar
This means the current generation of Indians growing up has already lost, and at best would have to wait for their children to catch up
This is due to a combination of malnutrition of Indian children to a lack of quality education.
2) Some people also assumes just because there are money being invested around in Indian startups, that automatically means a good economy
But in reality, look at the sectors Indian startups are engaged in, they are all Software related, which means vast vast majority of the Indians can't even participate in this sector of the economy
One of the reasons why manufacturing is important, is because it employs vast amount of workers in stable relatively well paid jobs.
The overreliance on Service and software, means only a tiny minority of Indians can take up in the economy
Resulting in 90% of Indians currently working in the informal sector.
Relative decline compared to services. That might change, who knows.
Service sector is growing faster and it has half the weightage. so overall reduction in percentage.
I’m looking forward to the next instalment on this subject.

This is a common story across the India
This one change is still continuing as majority of people are under 25 years of age and with every passing year families will have more earner and less passive family member.
So if you see per capita income it might gone up from $2000 to $3000 in 10-15 years but when you see household income that went up from $2000 to $12000 and that’s what makes india fastest growing economy…
I am sure most of the people in 40s have same story…
Second most important point which every one ignored is efficiency
For example Indian agriculture output or yield per acre was 50% of US or EU, with technology, machine and weather forecasts it improved by 40% in last 8-10 years and still its 30% Lowe vs world… so with technology the productivity and output increase is adding GDP without much CAPEX or expansion… take trains highways. The transportation is now faster and even with higher fuel cost due to more Qty and speed the per kg cost is not going up… that’s what happened in US and EU between 1980 and 2010 and now happening in India
It means efficiency and productivity will add another 25-30% GDP with expansion and CAPEX and we are untapping or debottlenecking the system which increase output and keep cost at same level… in every sector in India there are chances of efficiency improvements that itself going to make up 3-4% GDP growth and additional investment will add another 3-4% GDP growth rate
20 or 30 years of growth for India are a no-brainer. They'll become at least a middle income economy. The question is how far after that can they go. Same about China. No doubt, however, India will be by 2050 at least the third economy in the world.
India will be 3rd in 2030, not 2050. 4th in 2027
@@DocPrakhar That's very likely, regardless, it will be 3rd for a long time, the question isn't if it will become third, but if it can overtake China and especially the US, which would require it to become a high income economy, most likely (unless China completely stagnates)
Well As an indian, I can assure you that India's rise is not going to create trouble for anyone. It'll be in the favour of humanity. There might be small countries which aren't influential enough and then there are countries that are the same but allied thus inviting resistance.
it will prob create trouble for everyon, my teacher said
Didn't you ask how?
It will be a threat to its neighbours, it's already acting like a big brother attitude.
@@damiendehorn6350 @Damien Dehorn Which neighbours are you talking about? The terrorists or the communists who have illegally captured our land? The former ones are nurturing terrorists and the latter ones are the ones threatening all of their neighbours not India. India has small neighbouring countries which are never threatened or annexed. India even has border disputes with nepal but it's not like terrorist pakistan. Bangladesh dispute has been resolved in which we lost some land. So I don't know what you are talking about. Better provide any evidence before claiming anything
@@kashyapsinha5564 india, has been interfering in the internal politics of all its neighbours. With Bangladesh its interfering in Bangladesh China relations, and damming the rivers, a stronger hindu fascist india will always be a threat to Bangladesh.
