Thank you. I have been working hard to get better audio! Was the video clear enough? I always hope it is but it’s hard to judge from my perspective sometimes!
@@JhumkiGirl999 yes I took it and I made Some videos on my color grade process and tutorials should you want to see those! I'm from Brazil and your videos are awesome! I would like to know how to leave this effect that was left in your image in this video. I tried following the steps but when I use a layer of lut color it looks bad.
Nice video, quick question. Why am I not getting anything while using cut off and threshold at 83 and 88? I'm having to use cut off at 65 or 70. is it a problem with my color grade?
I’m not exactly sure what the problem would be, but make sure that the adjustment lawyer only has this effect applied to it. Don’t combine other effects on the adjustment layer with the luma key and Gaussian blur
it acts as a mask. It works with the color channels of the video to identify the highlighted areas or bright section of the video, and then the amount on the threshold that you set, is telling premier that only 88% of that data should be covered. Hard to explain in words, but I hope this helps a little bit
Love your videos my man. I'm struggling a bit after many attempts. Hope you can help? Every time I drag the luma key on the upper footage, it remains 'red' instead of 'yellow'. From my understanding this is the rendering but I have no clue how to get it done. i've waited so long and tested it on a very small clip to get the effect. Any advice would be great!
@@Nawaf-films so I’m not sure I have ever seen your issue but I would believe there is some part of this where you have incorrectly done something. Best thing I can tell you is duplicate the base clip, add the luma key to the top, duplicated clip, and then add the Gaussian blue too. This shouldn’t change the color but should blur only the highlights on the luma channel (hence the luma-key) Let me know if this works and if not, you can send a screen recording to my email (on my about page) and I’ll try and help you there so I can see the problem.
Select every clip at once by clicking and dragging. Then just pulled alt and drag all the them up at once. From there while applying the settings of the effect to one clip then copy those and click and highlight all of the other clips you want to add it to then paste the effects. This way you don’t actually have to click each one.
Why does using this affect crush my CPU even when I go to export it it took me an hour to do a 15 second video. Generally, I have a pretty great system.
I think that's because it uses software encoding to render. And because it has to render each frame with a very heavy effect like the Luma Key, it makes everyone's computer slow as hell. Unfortunately, this is a community issue, and not an individual problem even on good computers
@@BassMusic123 just don’t update the software as they removed channel blur from premiere (along with a bunch of other effects) I’m working on developing a fix though
Thanks for your video ! I just have a question, when I apply the channel blur effect on my layer with the same setting as you my image turn flat again... it's a bug ?
Did you make sure you only apply a channel blur to an adjustment layer? There should be no flat image effects being changed… not sure what you mean exactly
i just did this, also did some color grading and the results were mind blowing! thank u so much! 🤎🤎💜💜🙏🙏 all those paintings on the background look so gorgeous! who is the artist in the video? did she make those paintings? TY.

I am not seeing Channel Blur in Premier Pro anymore. Did Adobe remove that effect and what can I use to swap out for that effect?
I made a new video to correct this change! Check it out (made recently)

I wish my MacBook m1 could take these add ons because its wayyy too laggy in the play back... any suggestions?
It’s actually a common problem for everyone. Once you wait and see the result, toggle Fx off and then edit as needed then turn it back on and export
