I’m calling BS on this video as a resident of Indonesia for 25 years the prices quoted are way out of line. I live outside of jakarta a decent house that a western would want to live in is $200,000 or more. Food in the supermarket cost more than in the U. S. My electric bill to air condition my house is $300 a month. Yes it’s cheaper if you want to live like the locals but then your living boarder line poverty

Turkey is the cheapest small condo two bedroom apartment it is over 200,000 I don't know where you get your information but it's false what you saying is all over turkey is above if you go to Fethiye or the famous on the Mediterranean they're over 400,000. Food is very expensive in Turkey

Nice video, nice properties… BUT it’s totally wrong, I’m Bulgarian and the only thing you’re going to buy in Plovdiv is 1 bedroom flat, Sofia is even more expensive, at the seaside you can’t even touch those properties.
So make better research and make new video with real prices.
    Same in Turkey….

In my personal opinion, this video is truly surprising and offers a fresh perspective on owning luxury real estate at an affordable price. These countries not only have attractive property values but also stunning natural beauty, making it feel like a golden opportunity for anyone looking to change their lifestyle without financial worries.

I love Asia and especially the continent of Africa. If I decide soon to immigrate to my favorite country in Asia, it will be wonderful Thailand. Life is cheap and the women there are the most beautiful and amazing. My dream is to live there as a Buddhist and not as a Jew. To convert my religion to another religion. It is a very rich and special religion and they respect Name them all, no wonder they are loved, there is nothing about Thailand and the Thai people, may God bless them ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This video is 80% CRAP. I'm actively researching my retirement location and several of the detailed locations, you just can't buy property as a Non-Citizen. In 3 of the mentioned countries, you can only buy "Prescribed" apartments in "Specific" buildings designated to have a percentage of foreign owners but you CANNOT buy a stand-alone house, land or factory. You may be able to buy with a local marriage partner but then you risk losing everything! In the other countries where you can buy, you're WAY out on your values, typically by 50-100%

I am not sure about other countries mentioned here. But in the Philippines, you can only buy a property if you are married to a Philippino. And then you can only own 40%. Only exception is a Condo.

Why are you lying to people? In Plovdiv for 100,000& you can buy a 60-100 sq m flat in a remote neighborhood! This villa you showed is at least 1M
