keep the faith brother, I told you it would all happen before you knew it. hunting season banging on your door and you are there... love seeing it all work out!!!
Well I guess we'll find out! But it is also a labor of love as we enjoy at least a lot of the new challenges we'll face. Hey I emailed you back, thanks!
lol that was my first thought on the vice grips but then I remembered the other opener works so I wanted to see if I could save the headache :) Yeah I was worried about them bearings but it seems they were right that the wrong bearings were installed! What a relief!
Man I was certain we were going to see a cannonball off the fishing dock. Bitter Sweet move for y'all and it worked out as it was supposed to. Get ready to stick you a well deserved MO 🦌
Wow ! Great job ! Can’t wait for the new farm renovation! The last trip is alway bittersweet over time you will hopefully just have the good memories of the last place !
Thank you! Yeah we had some great memories there for sure. I'm still taking it all in. But looking back I think over time it will prove to have been a good move. I sure hope so!
That is one big tick of the list of things to do knocked from the list 💪👍 watching the Kioti coming in to the garage noticed there was no bulge on back tyres you could if they are radial tyres let them down to 12psi which would probably give you an extra inch or two clearance 👍 congratulations on the final move 👌
Good idea on the tires! They have fluid in them but it likely could still work. But hey it fit!! Yes huge relief right now! Now, just a few more days until its all over with!! Thanks Bob
I felt it was just the right thing to do for us. Some may not agree and that is fine. Lots of new challenges to be sure. But thanks for all the support along the way, we appreciate it.
Thanks man! But I believe from their actions that many states will simply ignore the rule of law, as many already have. They will just do it all over again with a few minor changes. It is really sad to see from my perspective that is for sure.
Joe when you build a new shop what you want to do for the size going either 60 feet deep by 80 feet long or 80 feet deep by 100 feet long and lay it out that you have one or 2 drive through bays and put a wash bay in 30 feet deep by 40 feet wide with a center drains with 2 two post lifts with the Turf Rail two post lift adapter on one of the lifts so you can lift the tractors and wash the underneath side it can hold your Kioti RX7320 with the loader on so if you go 80 feet by 100 you can have a 40 feet by 30 feet welding area with one of the wash bay lifts putting a overhead door you can drive in with your trailer unhook and wash the underside and eliminate crawling under things again giving your knees and hips relief and then a third 2 post lift for doing service to your truck or Sharons suv
That sounds cool but keeps adding more cost! We have to be penny wise for sure from here on out especially if we try to keep most of the land. So we will be looking at a more basic setup, mostly to get equipment out of the sun and rain, have an apartment for deer hunters and a year round shop. Hopefully we can make it happen but we'll see how things pan out. Thanks
@@kapperoutdoors you did say this was your final move so if what I mentioned can extend your quality of life from a health standpoint and reduce surgeries go for it
I'll be getting my tank filled in MO but have not done so yet. So it was easier to fill it up on the road! Although I think in the semi lanes at truck stops a few might have off road but I have not seen too many.
They say Red Bull is very hard for the kidneys. A man's son drank them and his father donated his kidney for him. I almost didn't think you had a concrete floor in the shop.
Well I think in moderation most things are ok. Yeah that was a lot of dirt I had to pick up! lol I remember the first WI farm we bought the barn had like 3 inches of dirt hard packed on it. I thought it was a dirt floor. But after having to scrape it, boom! There was concrete under there!
Looks like the last few bites of the Illinois Elephant got consumed. Still unsure how big that Missouri Elephant is going to be?? But keep eating away at it!!
There’s not a damn thing wrong with Illinois, it’s a beautiful state...from I80 south. The only things wrong with the state...Shitcago and the Illinois politicians. We get the state split like they’re trying, and we’ll be golden
All the stuff we have was Sharon and I and pure grit, day after day, week after week, year after year. Rural IL is not bad but you know darn well who runs the state and how it has been run.
That's a relief to finally have everything moved. A bonus the Kioti fits in the garage.
Oh no doubt! So glad the move is finally done!! But still not paid yet but coming soon!!
What a journey 🫨 All the best for a fantastic future in your new home. Looking forward to following your journey as you share it with us all.
Thanks so much! 😊 We appreciate ya'll!! It's been crazy and it will still be soaking in for some time. But just one step at a time! Take care
keep the faith brother, I told you it would all happen before you knew it. hunting season banging on your door and you are there... love seeing it all work out!!!
Thanks I appreciate that! It's easy to question so many things, including our decisions! Soon it will be fully behind us!
Congratulations on your last load now the next chapter 👍🏻🇺🇸
Thank you! It's been a long road for sure. Now lets get the closing done so we don't go bankrupt in the meantime! But looking good!
Big accomplishment getting to this point! Big relief I am sure.
Almost there! No full relief just yet until the closings are final, but yeah I can almost feel the weights being lifted. Thank you
I always loved that saw blade piece
Yeah me too, that thing was awesome!! But it fits well with that home!!
Congrats on the last load. Maybe, just maybe you guys can finally take a breath and relax a minute. 🍻
Well I guess we'll find out! But it is also a labor of love as we enjoy at least a lot of the new challenges we'll face. Hey I emailed you back, thanks!
Good to see the trailer held up for all them trips....
Pair of vice grips will hold that sagging door up, just lock onto the track
lol that was my first thought on the vice grips but then I remembered the other opener works so I wanted to see if I could save the headache :) Yeah I was worried about them bearings but it seems they were right that the wrong bearings were installed! What a relief!

Kinda bittersweet, but new adventures await!

Glad you got that move off your back. Lotta work!
You and me both! Been a long road. Thanks we appreciate it. Only a few more days until it is all over for sure!
Congratulations!!!! Wish you the best in Missouri!!!! I know you won't miss Illinois.
Thanks man! I hope we can have a private trail ride maybe in the spring. You and Greg can come to the Ozarks!
No mice=Lots of snakes 😮
lol I'll take that trade, at least in the lean to!!
Freedome at last! Looks like the Supreme Court is taking the same line with giving us our freedome back! Congrats and welcome to Missouri officially.

no off road diesel available?

Probably a different color behind that blade better to leave it
Oh yeah good point! A big white-ish pine circle, lol!!

yea with all the stuff he has doesn't seem like Illinois was to bad to him..
All the stuff we have was Sharon and I and pure grit, day after day, week after week, year after year. Rural IL is not bad but you know darn well who runs the state and how it has been run.
I wish they'd have split the state I'd have stayed for sure. Best of luck to all of the folks from IL I sincerely do hope that things will improve.
