- What Is Infusoria?
At one time, infusoria referred to just about any microscopic, or nearly microscopic, organism that lived in freshwater. That meaning is arcane in the scientific community, but the term infusoria is still used by many within the aquarium community, even by younger fish enthusiasts.
To aquarium enthusiasts, infusoria refers to many small organisms in the water that tiny fry can feed up upon. There's a large number of organisms that could be in an infusoria culture; here are some of the primary ones include:
* Algae (Volvox)
* Amoebas
* Euglena
* Paramecium
* Rotifers
* Stentor
* Vorticella
Infusoria is particularly critical for anyone who is attempting to breed fish, as many newly hatched fry subsist entirely on microscopic infusoria during the early days of their lives. Having a ready supply of infusoria can make the difference between success and failure of the entire hatching of young fry.

How to feed it
are you pertaining on how to feed the infusoria itself?
or how to feed it to fish?
if 1, you can dilute another set of yeast.or just create another culture.
if 2, I take a small I take small portion if it and feed it directly to my fries. but just dont feed to much for it spoil the water faster and eventually kill your fry

siya ng mga daphnia.i also tried na mas madaming yeast and yes bumaho siya for few days pero after 3 days or so mas pansinin mo ung kulay green.

Once the water clears it is ready to use, it will be full of infusoria which can only be seen with the aid of a microscope. The culture will usually last for about seven days and then start a new one using some of the water from the old culture to inoculate the new one which will speed up the process

hi thanks for reaching out.
traditional method is using banana peel
or any leafy vegetables blanched. add aged water or aquarium water and then put beside the window for 5 or more days based on my experience.
yeast method - this is more effective than the first one. dilute 1/4 tbsp if yeast in hot water and then add aged or aquarium water and after 2-3 days you will see infusoria thriving.

yeast is way better and faster. there is another way too, thats is if you have tubifex culture and using the water from the culture may also work. i havent tried it yet though.
