The New Gozney Arc XL Pizza Oven Unboxing

- This is the new Gozney Arc XL pizza oven that I think will be a perfect fit on my deck! If you didn't know, I did have both a Gozney Roccbox and a Gozney Dome before, and both were great but each had their little faults that I did not like. The Roccbox was too small as it only fit a 12" pizza. The Dome was a little too big for me and took up a lot of space, plus it really did not care to use it with wood. The Arc XL has everything i was looking for! Perfect size for 16" pizzas, small enough so that it does not take up a lot of room, and gas powered!

I'm interested in comparing the Gozney Arc and Gozney Arc XL for pizza businesses and catering. Does the Arc hold temperature better and recover faster than the Gozney Arc XL? Also, comparing the Gozney Arc versus the Gozney Roccbox for business, with a bit more focus on the business vibe. Most reviews are geared towards home use and regurgitating data, without real restaurant experience. Even people buying for home use find added value knowing it can be used for commercial purposes. That's why everyone is asking for a comparison between the Gozney Roccbox and Gozney Arc!
the regular Arc is just a little smaller.. holds 12" - 14" pizzas... the XL holds 14" to 16" pizzas...
How did you get yours? They were out of stock only a few hours after launch on March 5 and haven't gotten any in since then. With all the promoting Gozney did for this oven, one would think they would have produced more ovens. Seems like poor planning on the part of Gozney.
I ordered it online 2 weeks ago from an online store called bbq authority, a Gozney dealer. You may want to check them out or Atlanta Grill company as they are a dealer also both are showing them in stock.. They did send a bunch to influencers to hype it up for sure.. lol 😂
