Thank you very much for sharing this excellent video. A quick question here: If the flowchart were longer I had to scroll to the right. That way however the header (customer, sales person, etc.) would go so far to the left that I can't see them anymore. Is there a way to freeze the headers (similar to freezing a column in Excel). Thank you.

Can we connect multiple flow charts together? For example, one department flow chart to another department? Also does visio have a hyperlink to connect to another flow chart?
I got a big process with a lot of swimlanes and I lose my orientation all the time in which lane I am at the moment when I scrolled far to the right. Is there any possibilty to fixture the names of the swimlanes when scrolling from left to right to see in which lane I am all the time? Help would be soo nice
