Great video how can we add custom shape types and colors for them
Glad you liked it! usually you can right click a shape and see some options for it.
Is there a way of changing the color or shape assigned to Shape Type like instead of Blue change each shape type to a different color?
I am not sure. Probably in Visio, but not sure about the add in.

I need help with this
I have excel file contains 9 taps.
I need to hyperlink certain excel TAP to a certain visio sheet.
I need to repeat this process with a different visio TAP with a different excel TAP in the same sheet.
When I do hyperlink its open as the last time saved.

I have the visio suscription. I tried adding a new item as per your video but did not work. I had to add the new item manually.

How do you print these? Mine wants to print on 12 pages. Or super tiny on one page
Hi. Thanks for the question. What are you specifically wanting to print? If you see the dashed lines in Excel after you go to print preview, that tells you the edges of the pages that will print. You can adjust the columns to fit the span of one page. Or, on the small one, you can readjust to print 2 pages or 3 pages instead of 1. Hope that helps!
do we have to get visio pro for this ? or visio standard is okay too ?
I think Visio Standard should work for this one.

Anyone know why my Chart is blurry ? Also how do i save my charts ?
Hi. Thanks for the question. The chart should be saved when you save the file in Excel. I am not sure why your chart would be blurry. Did you stretch the object after you inserted it in Excel? Great Video, very useful, is there functionality to transform a pre-existing visio into an Excel table as presented in this video? If so do you have a video on this?
I actually don't know if there is or not. You could try copy and then paste values and see if that works. Glad you liked it!
I've tried all sorts of solutions and still get the same error message "Sorry we couldn't create the diagram. Retry to create the diagram with the inserted table". Re-installing Excel, Visio or the add-in makes no difference. Anyone having the same issue?
