Started learning at start of lockdown this guy is such an inspiration.Having watched various tutors Lee is by far the best So easy to follow and understand. Thanks Lee 👍
I’m the complete opposite of you lol. I’m a beginner and find strumming patterns difficult, but finger picking is really easy for me (as long as I grow out the nails on my right hand). Keep up the great work, your videos have really helped me through this pandemic man.
10:21 I play that part using my pointing finger to fret the 1st ,2nd and 3rd strings on the second fret plus my middle finger to make the D chord then I use the pinky to move the bass around and land on the A chord also fretting only with my pointing finger, it feels quite comfortable, thanks for sharing !!
Great song for the weekend! If you ever gig Leeds/Bradford way, my wife and I will be there! Thanks for another fab lesson. I wait all week for them to drop! Your channel is an absolute God send. Not only are you a talented musician and vocalist, you’re also a fantastic tutor. You don’t mess about, I just get your teaching style. So I just want to genuinely say thank you.
damn really didnt expect this one today thank you very much for all your tutorials John you're the only guitarist i can understand on youtube and that guy with the adidas guitar props to you!!
Thanks a lot for the interpretation and the song, as usual it's very cool. You seems to be a bit sad , hope you're ok ! Thanks for all the time you take for us and also for explaining this way ... thanks to you i'm learning and playing better day by day !!
does anyone know why the G major scale ends in an A when you play it on guitar. That makes no sense to me, the point of a major scale is that it is build with seven notes with the last note being an octave higher but the same note as the first note. So why does the g major scale on guitar end on the last string, the high E, on an A note. T3wqhe last three notes are Fsharp on the first string second fret then a G note on the first string third fret and then an A note on the first string fifth fret (why is this note played, the G note should be the last note played but it is not WHY?)
It doesn't end on A it ends on G at the 3rd fret. If you start on G and count up the scale 8 notes the 8th will be G, if you're ending on A then you're not counting the octave as the 1st. Use your ears, it will make sense 👍🎸
hy, great content as always but please please make a vid to under the bridge by red hot chilli peppers, the first riff of this song is one of the best ever played in my opinion.
Perfect cover , Perfect lesson, Perfect Day
Thanks

This is not so easy guitar ! There is over 20 years of playing guitar in advance I guess. And now it sounds beautiful !
