(or) Yoonji and I hang out together. 저는 윤지와 놀아요. = I hang out with Yoonji. 저와 윤지는 같이 놀아요. = Yoonji and I hang out together. '함께' means the same thing as '같이', so they're interchangeable. '(이)랑' is also a Korean particle that means 'and' or 'with' like '와/과', and it is usually used in very casual conversations between close friends. e. g. 저는 윤지와 공원에 가요. vs 나는 윤지랑 공원에 가.
