FDNY ladder 34 (spare) responding 8/16/22

Here you will see FDNY ladder 34 responding on calls. In the first clip you will see ladder 34 responding to a water leak and in the second clip is ladder 34 responding to a call (I am unsure what the call was but after listening to some radio chatter it may have been an odor of gas).

As of 9/2/22 yes they are still using this spare, I went there today and they still had it.

Yes the frontline ladder is currently out for repair.
