Really enjoy hearing stories of great customer service, for what ever reason there seems to be a lot in the detailing industry. Such a great brotherhood.
I am purchasing a steamer and I wanted your advice on if you would still purchase a VX 5000 in 2022 if you didn’t have a steamer? The only thing holding me back from pulling the trigger is if i should buy a steamer with continuous fill? Please advise. Thank you!
Hi. So we love our old VX5000. It’s an older used unit and I have no idea where it’s been before us. The thing is amazing! I wouldn’t go with continuous fill. I had a friend who bought one and he had nothing but problems with it. To many parts and pumps that break down easily to make it continuously fill. Not worth it. I would totally be the vx5000
I recent bought one and is leaking from the bottom when I put water. I think their drainer plug from the bottom got broken from the shipment process. 😭
Might consider cleaning seat area with lime scale remover if white residue is seen, and soaking new o-ring in armor-all or similar to ‘condition’ and lubricate. I also use sil-glyde or other silicone grease to minimize friction and abrasion/ripping/deformation forces imparted when tightening the cap. You don’t want the o-ring to adhere to the top, bottom, or inside ... it should slide freely over all contact surfaces to maintain a round-compressed-to-oval cross section profile. Just some thoughts/suggestions... good luck ...thanks for great video!

Got to love the simple fix 😁👍
2 thumbs up for Steve👍👍
I'd like to chat with you. I have a vapor rino and I'm having issues with my init heating up
Hi. Aw man that sucks! I don’t know about those machines unfortunately. You may have to contact the manufacturer on that one.

@@MirandaDetailing Thanks! That makes my decision easy! Appreciate it! Thank you!
You’re welcome.
Great so glad you fixed 😁👍🏼👍🏼
Do you have a video on the xtreme solutions magnum wax?! I saw something on Instagram and can’t find a video
Hi. Not yet. I’m still playing around with it.
I recent bought one and is leaking from the bottom when I put water. I think their drainer plug from the bottom got broken from the shipment process. 😭
Aw man!!! Call them and see if they will fix that or send you a new one
phil remember to keep the new o ring from the old knob
Oh definitely! I tend to hoard tools and parts like that in jars....like an old man 🤣
Mine doesn’t heat up!! It’s warm steam. 😞😞
Oh no!!! It may be defective! It should be burning hot!!
I'm having similar issues
Put a little vaseline on that oring here and there to keep the oring conditioned.
Excellent tip! Thanks man
You can buy one of those o rings at most hardware stores just taken the old one
Yeah unfortunately it wasn’t the o ring. It was the threads also. I just bought a new one and good as new! 😎👍🏼

Excellent tips!! Thanks for that info! I’ll definitely grease up that O-ring.
