- The Vauxhall day at Crail saw a fine turnout of lots of different cars with a number of interesting engine conversions as well as quarter mile cars.

As always, great to see so many enthusiasts so proud of their cars and keeping the scene alive. Huge nostalgia for the K reg Carlton GL TD. My dad had one as a company car in Satin Red. Mega comfy. Didnt go much below about 1800rpm until the turbo kicked in

I’m a true blue oval man....sorry🤦🏻♂️💀..... but will always have a very soft spot for any Vauxhall’s over 30 years old😍😍😍. 3 nova’s(1.2 swing, 1.3SR and a gsi😔), two cavaliers ( mkll Sri and mklll glsi) and a mkl Astra 5 door GL. Nice video👌🏻

Lovely GM line up there! Those Astra vans use to go like a rocket, I remember back in the day they were known to be faster than the saloon!

Great video as usual! Love 80s GM cars i worked at a main vauxhall dealer then wishing i had brought a Nova sport white limited edition with big carbs they had in the showroom in 85. Thanks for always entertaining and interesting content 👍

Some great Vauxhall's there. Thanks for sharing. Have to say, I'm totally unimpressed how people have been blind sided by the by Tesla brand. Who on earth cares about the 0-60 capability? Musk has done a great job in blind siding people to believe the 'Battery' powered car is better than a combustible engine. Not in a million years, Elon.

Loving the channel! Classic vauxhall owner myself and we are becoming a rare beastie these days! Although I have a true hate for anything vectra I'm afraid, I've used a wheel barrow with better handling and definitely less understeer 😂 keep the videos coming and flying that vaux flag!! 🫡✌️

I love that 90s dark metallic green, a friend of mine had a posh spec Mk3 Astra in that colour.
I noticed that too, I thought it was my screen, although red Vauxhalls from the 80s & 90s did have a reputation of turning pink after a few years!

Looked a great video but when youtube tried to force the 5th set of adverts on me I had to stop watching.
Could someone more knowledgeable please explain at 23:09 why you would fit 1.8/2.0ltr 8 valve injection to a 2.0ltr 16 valve engine? Surely it wouldn't be up to the job of providing sufficient fueling? The 2.0ltr 16v revs a lot higher than the 8v engines and would surely drink fuel at a higher rate than what 8v injection could provide?
