WOW amazing thank you so much for the great information. I drink 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil plus 1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice every morning daily on a empty stomach wait 30 minutes before I eat or drink coffee. From what I have researched it is extremely beneficial to our bodies. From what you are saying the olive oil is also extremely good for us thank you for your research .

Thank you for the good information, I did not realize how good this product, so I informed myself more about the best genuine, extra virgin oil ,I came to find out that a large amounts is not real good stuff, but fake, until I find out what to look for the real good oilive oil, I would suggest to your reader to research wich one is the good oilive oil.Ferdinand
I use only EVOO but only about 1 tablespoon … got to up my intake ! I eat no processed foods . What are your thoughts on flax seeds ? I also take those
Congrats on not eating any processed foods. It’s a struggle for a lot of people. Flaxseed is great. Good source of protein, fiber and omega 3s. Have it on my video list.

I ran out of olive oil. Can I use olive leaves or coconut oil to get the same brain and antioxidants health benefits?
