Israel doesn't just _"live in a tough neighborhood,"_ it works hard at _making_ the neighborhood tough to live in.🙂 A few months ago, the White House *scolded* people for referring to the word "ceasefire," complaining that it could be *misconstrued* as a "permanent ceasefire." What changed? The White House now *gladly* and liberally uses that word. Why? As a reminder, protesters are calling for a *permanent* end to the hostilities, not the White House's *"pause"* explicitly for "releasing Israeli hostages."
