      Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now, especially for near retirees, I've been in touch with a coach for awhile now mostly cause I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions, I nettd over $220K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know

      Not to justify the Iraq War in any way, but the US federal government is about $35 trillion in debt. It wasn't just Iraq. Politicians of both stripes have been conscripting our future for a long time. $35 trillion, BTW, is over $100,000 for every man, woman, and child in the US, both legally and illegally present.

    If Congress eliminated the income threshold cap, Social Security would have no need to cut benefits for at least 75 years. 93% of Americans pay Social Security taxes on all income. Millionaires and billionaires get a large tax break and now there is talk of cutting Social Security benefits. Simple fix - this should be an issue we unite to achieve.

      Benefit proportion to tax paid go down the more you make. It's called the replacement ratio. Look it up. Benefits are capped with the tax cap. You are demanding more of what isn't yours like any mugger.
      I have paid into social security for 47 years. When I calculate what I paid as if it had been invested every year, that should pay me far more than my SS benefit, plus it would be mine and my heirs forever. Plus my employers paid just as much as I did, so the return should be more than double. But no. It's a "pay as you go" system, which when Ponzi did it was called illegal.

What a lot of people don’t know, about Medicare, and they will not help pay for hearing aids, which are extremely expensive, or they don’t help pay for vision or dental. Peak 65 is important for what happens in the next 10 years, average lifespan in US is around age 77, so in 2030's Boomers will be dying en masse. This is going to cause the MOST IMPORTANT EVENT IN FINANCIAL HISTORY. Boomers represent 20% of population but own 50% of US assets, collectively Boomer assets are estimated at $68 TRILLION DOLLARS and growing, we did well. Because of redistribution of Boomers wealth, we are going to cause the most important financial event in history as that $68 trillion in wealth transfers to our heirs, trillions annually. Trillions put in motion, reinvested, spent plus the multiplier effect from all that spending is an upcoming economic boom never seen before in history. Redistribution of $68 trillion has never happened before and that much flowing will cause a long term economic boom. BUT, after the 2030's spending boom comes the 2040's bust, when Boomers wealth is exhausted, without those trillions of annual spending, without the multiplier effect of that spending, comes the bust, since US economy is based on spending, that spending bust will be a depression. Can't fight math.

      More important than the invention of money or the establishment of markets and trading or stock markets in particular or the devastation of WWII? Besides, most of that money won't be spent all at once, so you are looking at $68T (assuming your numbers) slowly changing hands from one group that spends some and retains most each year to another group that spends some and retains most each year. BTW, the average lifespan of people who have already made it to 65 is much more than 77; more like 83.

      @@rolandthethompsongunner64yes. Actually. We are at one of the lowest unemployment rates in history. There are literally hiring signs everywhere. You know why? No grown adult wants to work $7.25 an hour. The minimum wage is still, 15 years later, $7.25. There are fast food and retail jobs that are offering TWICE that because of how desperate they are for workers. There are businesses in my own town that basically shut down BECAUSE they couldn’t find anyone able to work. They can’t rely solely on teenagers because they have school, and need people to work days.
      The thing is, our country was built on hardworking immigrants. They are the ones working the fields, slaughter houses, factories, etc. They are the ones mowing our lawns, cleaning our houses, heck BUILDING our houses. Unfortunately there’s a lot of undocumented workers in these fields that rely on one single legal citizen that contracts out to them. When immigration cracks down, the system breaks. My elderly mother no longer could use her landscaper because they lost a large percentage of their labor force. Her cleaning lady, who is 100% legal, known her for about 20 years, had to skip a week or two because she was held up at the border.
      They don’t have to be citizens. Just give them work visas. Let them pay taxes. Right now they’re not, and instead, costing us taxpayers to keep them out, when we just need someone to flip burgers during the lunch shift.

    America needs to implement a Domestic Debt Forgiveness Act. Taxpayers should have the option when entering the workforce to opt into SSI. Cash those who don't want SSI out of the program.

      It becomes insolvent if those incomes over $70K aren't credited for 10% towards retirement and 90% towards supporting SSDI and subsidizing lower incomes.

    • @kim-one1046
      @kim-one1046 9 місяців тому +1

      @dustinroe7874 SSI is going insolvent without those incomes as we speak. Taxpayers that don't want SSI should be cashed out depending on age range and taxes paid into SSI and other Federal Social Programs. For citizens that want to stay opted into the program, the government needs to find out how many and how much money the SSI pot will need to pay them benefits. Once that's done, an Iron Clad law/ agreement needs to be put on it stating the government can raid the pot anymore. That last part is very wishful thinking.

    Bless all you the good news rejoice Jesus Christ the son of god is returning soon. The son of man and son of god had done wonderful then like helping the sick and injured, wake on water, cast out demons, feed the many, make the bline see, and raise the dead. Believe Jesus died for your sin with his blood. Buried for three days. An on the third day rose in a glorified body we to will have in the rapture. Repent your sins or face gods wrath of the great tribulation. There be 21 wraiths and if your there in this time don’t take the mark of the beast and accept death in faith to Jesus Christ. The mark be on forehead or right hand. Jesus love and cares about you he will help you feel that hole in your heart all he ask is for you to accept him as your lord and savior and learn about him. spread the message please.......
