Hate the bat. Too much detail on it make it a less realistic sculpt. Love the art of combat indicator. Maybe add an unclockable symbol in the middle?

I love the idea of freeze getting his own VKNG merch but the guard widget looks like its been printed out and stuck on a Christmas card
Honest opinion on the jewlery.
For the first one (left), I feel like it is hard to see/destinquish what is actually printed on it.
For the second one (right), I like this one better, but it is harder to see it as relating to you (freeze) except for the small snowflakes in the back.
My suggestion would be take the second design and put either a snowflake or your bat(?) symbol on that.
And if changes are no longer possible, I would choose the second one, mainly because it also clearly shows it is from for honor.

I reckon a simply darker color might be a good replacement for the snowflakes. I really want to get that 2nd one, I LOVE the design (same as you, with the snowflakes as the exception).

I know personally i have given up finisher pressure countless times because i expected an opener attack to kill, causing me to be annoyingly stuck in neutral where the opponent gets acces to more options/chances to escape/flee. Pre ccu last stand threshold could often be entirely circumvented since we had 30-40 damage heavies and i think that was a big turning point for that perk vs last stand
I agree with Martenvander. The left one needs more clarity, but I love the right one as well. I'd certainly love a Freeze pendant.
for the pendant, the for honor guard design is cool but maybe a bit basic, although it is pretty neat.
Pk still has no way of healing, or popping shield mid fight. No way to drain stamina. No damage reduction for sitting on point, no self revive. No bash. No full pussy guard. Slow mid lane clear. Weakest dodge attack in the game that gets punished with a heavy. No external pressure unless bleed is already applied. Her perks and feats are all pathetic.
And bleed helps her get kills but will most likely stop you from getting an execution, so good luck healing.

Hey just saw your shugoki video and I had to write this because you are completely right in that video. I'm a shugoki main but I was forced to change characters mostly bc they changed him too much from his initial rework, which in my total opinion, was perfect you had chains you could connect through, a good use for demon's embrace, and he could keep up with the other fighters. I get its frustrating to fight him when he was like that but centurion also was that bad on initial release and now a days centurion still has his base kit because to this day with no rework that I am aware of, but he had some tweaks to his kit which were fine. But for shugoki they basically reverted him back and gave him dodge attacks and that's it. Demon's embrace is no longer viable and you can't feint into it for at least a quick heal because everyone who plays against him will see it coming from yesterday and punish severely for it. They just gave him back his hyper armor but even so, he's not as good or fun as he was for his rework.

I agree he was the first character I leveled up to like 12 or 15 he was my main but he was changed so much hes not even the same and hes definitely bottomed here I hate that I put so much time into a character I can't even play now
Iv never seen a comment I relate too more I got goki to rep 21 from like rep 7 after his initial rework and then they changed him again and poof I cant stand playing him anymore he feels way too odd and doesn't feel like goki anymore
ive always hated fighting against fullblock characters especially in a gank, being close to revenge while fighting someone and they have a full block teammate waiting for an opening is so demoralizing
For the jewelry, I believe it could handle a bit more duistingishing features, some coloring, adding details to the logo, giving pup-out like perception to the gaurd these sort of little things.
I mainly play for the fun and not competitively so like for example i love playing the assassins in this game or really just anyone with reflex guard (except nuxia) they just for some reason are super fun for me and I also like the fact that i’m technically at a “disadvantage” not saying I only plays assassin class but I have sunk a lot of hours into them
Warmongerer is overpowered in matchmaking and in general. Too many people still don't get to back away from someone poisoned, I frames for days, huge damage
the fact that it procs damage off of an officer, who has no AI, being within range of you is mindboggling

Yeah no. Shes annoying in breach cus of her feats but shes pretty much inline otherwise. Her T4 is annoying as shit tho.
Heavy perks. Big hp bar. Big hitboxes with a lot of hyperarmor. This is the way of solo queue.

I'd say for the jewelry, go with simpler version of the bat (more like your channel logo). Or maybe the stance widget and replacing the center with a snowflake or the bat

For the jewelry I really like the one with snow flakes looks clean, for the character that I think is a good pick is zerk with HA and dodge cancel recoveries on every single move. Tiandi is a character i hate fighting probably just cause I main highlander, and tiandi is the counter to him.
I Really like the necklace design. Especially the version with the snowflakes

being completely honest, those two medallion designs look DOPE! I mean, I, personally, am not gonna buy cosmetic items, cause money, but if I were in the market for a necklace, the wings logo would go very nicely, I think.
I honestly struggle the most against kyoshin... it really just depends on the player
While i agree with defensive/heavy perks are the best perks, i highly advocate for remedy and devourer as the best offensive perks, so basically a must have for almost every assassin
I'm glad you mentioned perks, a lot of people don't pay attention to them and frankly some are way too good in comparison to others. I would love to see the devs tweak perks I think it would make a big difference.
If you played the beta or the first year of the game you would not think this.

I find it funny that I had a few people on Reddit sometime ago telling me that gear perks are useless and I am stupid for caring about them, meanwhile I knew day 1 starting the game that they definitely hold importance
I feel like any hero that can trigger the revenge shield bug semi-consistently is top tier in matchmaking
Late to this, but addressing your request at the end of the video to list characters against whom you struggle for no reason: Gladiator. I don't know why, but this hero just breaks my brain. Whenever I have to fight one, I just go simple and forget how to play. I really cannot explain it, but I seem to always make the wrong reads and just get taken apart.
As someone who's been playing since beta, but stopped playing for a few years and started playing again about a month ago, characters I always struggle against is characters who have dodge attacks, glad-kensei-tiandi- etc. There not all bad, like orochi and berserker have trash dodge attacks, but some characters are so frustrating becuase ill watch my weapon phase through their body but not him them.
You've got to feignt to parry on dodge attack

the VKNG jewelry : The left one, personally not a fan of. kinda hard to tell what it is. the one on the right however is super clean! if i have any suggestions its to put the unblockable symbol in the middle of it!
afeera and shinobi are the worst for me. No matter my approach I can't touch them and half if not all of my GB attempts bounce, and even when I manage to dodge a bash or something I can never punish them because their movesets practically chain indefinitely. Sad days. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.
Ironically the hero I hated fighting the most was old Jorm. Now its LB
Highlander and Shugoki both annoy the hell out of me even though I know they're garbage, mostly because I can't reaction parry lights.
I must admit it is fun to wildly throw out hyper armored heavies with no regard for opponents around me tho.

Really struggle with pirate even though they have been nerf so they are not as outrageous as they were before because i really never find an opening or even get a turn to fight back and often reallying on just staring at her for parries. I also hate the copy paste tier 4 jorm feat(gunpowder suprise) as i cant find a consistent doge timing for it and seems more read based then anything. Such is life
I like last stand but the problem is when they can gank properly. I’d rather take the gaureented extra health from bulk up tbh then deal with the stupid bash ganks that’ll delete my health.
Left medallion looks better without the snowflakes because the snowflake obstruct what is going on and it hard to really see the bat. The medallion on the right looks good, simple and easier to appreciate the art. The subtle snowflakes behind the shield is a nice touch but I don't think it needs it
my only issue is lights and a lot of things being hard to react too when people say they are easy react to but thats probably just a PS4 peasant issue and heroes like Shaolin,Tiandi,Highlander are very hard and frustrating for me to fight (especially after crossplay) cuz my only chance is doing the right reed and the rest of the time even blocking is hard cuz i cant see shit with 30 FPS
Just a note on hyperarmor. I tell all my friends. If your fighting medjay, shugo, hito, or any of those hyperarmor characters. If they get into their chain it is no longer your turn. Slow tf down and focus. They are bully characters and you have to respect that
Make the guard pendant a little more detailed, that's all. Maybe some engraving on the guard to give it some definition.
Regarding the jewelry, I like the right design (Guard) more than the left (Freeze Logo?)
The left Design feels very noisy. Like maybe there’s too many things at once. However, maybe the actual in-person piece looks different than the model.
I agree with others’ opinions that the right design doesn’t say “Freeze” to me, apart from the snowflakes. Not sure if “Freeze” is what you’re going for but it says “For Honor” much more than “Freeze.”
I do really like the For Honor logo inside the circular pendant tho. I think it would look much better in-person than in the picture.

Honestly what I struggle against most is variably timed heavies. They’re the main reason I hate fighting hito. The hyper armor isn’t really even an issue. However I’d say the best hero for me to just kind of shut my brain off and win in 4s is JJ
The pendant is too noisy, should go for something more simplified. Not to mention that the guard indicator is simple while the rest is detailed so it kinda clashes. The concept is cool, you should definitely keep some kind of bat, guard indicator and depiction of ice on there, but this current combo is just a bit much.

Recently picked up Highlander. Only rep 3 so no perks but after watching this it feels cheap to use perks man
there is no such thing as cheap as there is zero honor in for honor, so embrace everything that works
Bruh you’re playing Highlander, slowest rotations in game and his anti ganking is absolutely atrocious. Not to mention you need to be in offensive just to gank properly with anyone.
They really need to revamp these perks, like 70% of them are pretty useless or just don't get picked

I play PK as a defender works fine until they find out you been hiding in the bushs
I always struggle with highlanders (sometimes I have good days)
i dont think its so much a problem with dodge recovery cancels but more all block recovery cancels. how can a character commit to a finisher and then bam, allblocks your correct read. not saying it needs to go, just think its stronger for MM tier list

I wouldn't say I "hate" fighting anyone. If I play a character other people don't like (BP gets people riled up) I don't think I'm allowed to hate fighting a character. That being said, I suck against a good Nobushi. If they play well, I get steamrolled.
I'd say I'm in the small step down on middle skill in duels & brawls. 4s I'm low skill I am not good at dealing with multiple people on me. I actually do better against higher skill people because I'm on old Gen. I work on only reads so people like nobu and musha, absolutely eviscerate me but I have a decent time fighting jorm, conq, shinobi, shaman etc. It may not make sense but hey everyone is different.
Get rid of the snowflakes but the keep the bat and full guard symbol, sometimes more simplicity is better.
I like the bat necklace better.

For your jewelry, I prefer the "Guard" design. For my part, I find the most awkward to play against for some reason to be Berserker, something about their animations always feels janky to me, and throws me off.
Atm nobushi Is a character that good players call trash but anyone at average to low skill levels has absolutely no idea how to deal with her. Same with orochi
Orochi is actually regarded as a top 4s pick
@@deflectnya he’s good but he’s not an easy carry pick like JJ or some of the characters mentioned. For matchmaking tho he is really good because only 1 person on the other team is typically good enough to handle him unless you are 4 stacks
@@DreyfusLagoon I was refer to comp level but if you mostly play peel or gank characters and decide to make the mistake of solo queuing orochi is your best bet to be able to carry

I think probably the the characters i hate fighting the most is berserker and gladiator. I hate berserker because hyper armour on the heavy feint light is the most annoying and frustrating thing to fight. I cant ever seem to read it then by the time i think i have it its a gb like BRUH GO AWAY. i hate gladiator because you csnt gb his bash, he has an instant bash that takes health which then chains into attacks. And dont even get me started on that 4 light chain i know its easy to block/parry to an extent but good god its irritating.
The VKNG guard widget is just…. No. But the one that’s your channel pfp is neat.
The average For Honor Players hate hitokiri because they cant stand still longer than 2 seconds without trying to parry, dodge or interupt

I hate fighting shaman and gladiator. Shaman because her players are super aggressive and never follow a pattern that I can predict.
Gladiator I hate because they constantly feint into several different options and always end up chipping me down over time.
I hate character with dodge bashes, have to rewire everything just to play around that, good that those asshlse can't chain on whiff so risk/reward ratio is fair. Also I hate shamans zone for it's frame advantage, I can't parry anything reliably on reaction because of lag (even heavy gets through sometimes) so I can't parry zone even if I know it's going to happen, feint to bleed can be parried on prediction more reliably somehow, but it it lands Shaman just repeat it and I can't dodge out of it.
Idk man I've been pretty aight fighting shaman the time so get destroyed is when I'm sick of the slow ass pace, but the connection thing ain't an issue for me

If you're playing with ping over 100 you're making everyones life harder in your matches, not just your own.
Kyoshin is not a "really good" character but i hate each and every second fighting him. Most just use undodgable lights and kaze stance recoveries ALL the time. It gets boring and thus i get impatient and try to prevent the kaze stance but nope the full hlock requires a massive 0.001 secs to activate. So thats that..
I dislike hyper armor only because it's too forgiving
berserker needs major nerf to his kits. can trade 24/7, undodgeable dodge attacks with dodge recovery cancels, very powerful zone attack at barely no stamina cost. its such no brainer that even fullblock heroes must keep their stance up for the full duration of the zone + followup light attack in order to actually punish. not to mention how berserker can mindlessly spam external dodge attack on you but cant do anything because otherwise they'll trade.
also shaolin, with his busted 3rd AoE healing + cleanse feat and remarkable 1vs1 pressure plus overtuned gank potential.
i still believe fullblock heroes like kyoshin should be able to dodge out of fullblock stance just like shaolin and dodge recovery cancels should cost stamina.
It's been 6 years and i still don't understand if it's a character I'm hating or the person behind a character.

With valks and nobushis i just end up blocking their light spam until they choose to use a mix-up or run out of stam

Idk why I struggle so much against Shugoki and Orochi but I can properly deal with many of the strongest characters.
Shugoki feels like Ubi can't buff him without making him idiot. His new hyper armor buff IS GOOD... if his Headbutt could not chain on whiff, but this is the case, meaning it's always his advantage after throwing this dumb bash.
Orochi... Idk, I'm too idiot to be calm on his bash/undodgeable neutral mix-up, I can't get calm and react to it, Storm rush is a problematic move and should be removed imo, the main reason are the infinite ganks in 4s tho, Orochi don't need such a cheesy move to be viable. To give him a proper neutral mix-up for dueling for example, they could make his Lightning strike undodgeable again (but dealing 10 damage and being 500ms, like Tiandi's Tiger dodge).
Pick the one you like. It’s a game. Not a life decision

Always hated JJ, started to play him recently and gotta say. I kinda understand now what is so frustrating about him. I barely have any reps on him and it is still probably my most solid hero already. Crushing duels and 4v4s. It feels super unrewarding though, its not even a struggle, the winrate is just that much higher and I win against players that I should not be beating. Long story short, there are defo characters in the roster that have an unfair advantage rn
VKNG topic, I think a simple bat and make the background a bit more like rock or ice just a bit more earthy? Idk like onyx almost? instead of snow flakes would be cool, love the guard widget design and think that is fine as is. For me personally I hate JJ. That hero be played by monkeys and still be impactful.
As a ps4 player that doesn't play a ton, highlander infuriates me more than anyone. I don't care what the community says about his place in the meta, I've not once had fun fighting a highlander, even when winning from one.
I am curious for your upcoming perk video. In my opinion people are completely sleeping on the "Crush Them" and "Early Reaper" perks. While heavy perks are of course amazing, I dare to claim that those two mentioned perks are better than people consider.
Both perks can be blocked or wasted on a minion. They not underrated just inconsistent as all hell
