Sir you have not explained about ancestral property to second wife daughter, here second wife daughter is also a part of father family even second marriage is illegal under HUF act

isme kya hona chahiye ye toh mai bhi bata sakta tha. lekin ye courts bass chakkar lagwate hai humse aur mehnat, waqt, pesa barbad karwate hai. but you didn't make one thing clear... I think the man's share as received from his father will be first equally devided among him and all his heirs i.e. children of both wives. After this he can transfer his part to anyone through will. Am I right? I'm sure he is not allowed to deny ancestral property to a particular child

Undivided share hi woh will kar sakte hai..jaise 1/10th share bhi undivided share hai...jisko bhi will kiya ho usko doosre 9 log aur unke bhi heirs ke saath mil jhool kar property bechni padegi..undivided share ek liability hai absolute right nahi milta hai.
