കഷ്ടം, ഭാഷയ്ക്ക് പ്രാധാന്യമില്ലാത്ത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമൊരിക്കലും പൂർണ്ണമല്ല. പിന്നെ ഭാഷാ അദ്ധ്യാപകരുടെ തൊഴിൽ ഇല്ലാതാക്കി കൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് പുതിയ ബിരുദം നടപ്പിലാകുന്നത്. മലയാളം കോമൺ കോഴ്സ് 28 മണിക്കൂർ വർക്ക്‌ ലോഡ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഇടങ്ങളിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ 9 മണിക്കൂർ കുറഞ്ഞ് 19 മണിക്കൂറായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇവിടങ്ങളിലെല്ലാം താത്കാലിക അദ്ധ്യാപകരാണ് ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്. കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് പഠിച്ച് ഇവരുടെ അവസ്ഥയെ കുറിച്ച് പറയാൻ ഇവിടെ ഏത് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളും സംഘടനയുമാണ് ഉള്ളത്. ഇപ്പോൾ aided കോളേജിൽ ഒരു ടീച്ചർ പോസ്റ്റിന് 1 കോടി രൂപയാണ് കോഴ കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത്.തനിക്ക് മാത്രമല്ല ഇനിയും ഒരു പത്ത് തലമുറയ്ക്ക് ജീവിക്കാൻ ആസ്തിയുള്ള അത്തരം ആളുകൾക്ക് ജോലി ഒരു അത്യാവശ്യമേ അല്ല, സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് ഉണ്ടാക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു തൊഴിൽ മാത്രമേ അവർക്ക് ഇത്തരം കോഴ കൊടുത്ത് നേടിയ ജോലി ആകുന്നുള്ളൂ. എന്നാൽ കോഴ കൊടുക്കാനില്ലാതെ നിത്യ വൃത്തിക്ക് ഒരു മാർഗ്ഗമായി കണ്ട് ജോലി സ്ഥലത്ത് തൂപ്പ് ഒഴിച്ച് എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുന്ന ഗസ്റ്റ്‌ അദ്ധ്യാപകരുടെ ദയനീയത മനസ്സിലാക്കി വേണം ഇത്തരം പരിഷ്കാരങ്ങൾ നടപ്പിൽ വരുത്താൻ.
ഒരു രണ്ട് വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 3year ഡിഗ്രി value ഇല്ലാതാവും. ഇതിലും നല്ലത് ഇപ്പോ ഉള്ള system thannernn. അതാവുമ്പോ 3year കഴിഞ്ഞ വേണ്ടവർക് മുൻപോട്ടുള്ള താല്പര്യം ഉള്ള കോഴ്സ് എടുത്ത് പഠിക്കാമല്ലോ. ഒരു വർഷം പോവില്ലല്ലോ 🤷♀️
