Found what I think is a historical error on the setup sheet for the OKH. It has the 1st Romanian Army at Stalingrad and the 4th in Conatanta. Those should be swapped as it was the 3rd and 4th Romanian armies at Stalingrad.
Thanks, great explanation. Looks like an intriguing two person game in making opposing choices in the east & west but I can see why it is not really suitable for solitaire.
What do you think is the Mounted Map here almost a compulsory purchase since you always have to turn the counter or does that go well on paper with glass?
I received my preorder game today. Between your video ( watched a couple of times ) and a quick perusal of the game rules, I’m not optimistic about this game. It seems to glory in every type of euro-game mechanic and complication. I fear it needed a rules editor. Let’s hope I’m wrong and this becomes a new “classic”.

I see that this is a 2-3 player game, correct? Is it possible to solo?
