Probably because Ysera will come to the conclusion she isn't actually needed on Azeroth because her daughter can take her place and will go back to the Shadowlands so Malfurion can return to life and be with Tyrande.

I did all the quests in the Emerald Dream to the point there was nothing left on the map to do and I didn’t see any of these in the beginning. Did I miss a section or a quest chain?
I can't wait to tear whoever threatens the world tree limb from limb. I move around in war mode but I adjusted targeting to focus on the enemies not the horde.

Ysera is going back to Ardenweald after this. She may have come back to life, but she’s powerless now. It’s why Merithra is taking her place.
