    Dr. Rob Bell attempts the IT-100 miler. The 100 mile trail race started at 6:00am and runners had 30 hours to complete the race. It consisted of 4- 25 mile loops. Elevation gain of 6,000 Feet.
    The process is more important than the product!

    Great job out there, Rob, and thank you for the video. It shows the true nature of the IT100, one of the best events around.. I have been privileged to spend most years working in the main tent in the middle of the night, watching amazing things happen... (and did the 50 miler the first year, before most of those wooden bridges were built! LOL) Best wishes wherever the trail leads you next!
