Strawberry French toast

Strawberry French Toast Sticks
Brioche bread
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Baileys strawberries n cream
1 pckg Freeze dried strawberries
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbs butter
Dip ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbs melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs half n half (milk can be used too)
1 tbs strawberry powder, optional
-Cut bread into 1 inch pieces. To a bowl add eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, & Baileys strawberries n cream.
-Grind freeze dried berries into powder. Add sugar to a bowl & strawberry powder to make strawberry sugar.
-Melt butter over medium heat. Dip bread into egg mixture & cook until golden brown, about 3-4 min per side. Toss in the strawberry sugar.
-Mix dip ingredients. You might have to add more half n half if u want a thinner consistency. Enjoy!
