It looks beautiful but a bit ambitious as i cant see where they will have space for this. There is only one beach that resembles the one in the film and thats Grand Anse but i cant see where they would accommodate a hotel of this scale along that strip. Further, this hotel will struggle to maintain significant numbers to generate a return in 5 years due to low tourist foot fall and the price of accommodation which will likely be between $450 - $600 a night which will appeal to a small demographic. Remember we are heading to a global recession which looking at the data will likely turn into a depression and the tourism industry will be the hardest hit. The economy of these Caribbean islands is going to be severely affected for sure. Anyway enough of my pessimism i hope it gets off the ground and it brings more people to see this beautiful island.
