We're also taking into account the price of the villa, and Soneva Jani's one are not worth the price, according to us. The difference in price is not justified by the difference in villa's structure, confort, location, view,...

Yes, Maldives is an expensive place and if you want the best of the best, it's indeed very pricey. But many people will go once, for a once in a lifetime experience like a honeymoon for instance. You get what you pay for :)
