To be completely honest this is one of the few games that made me cry... and the reason why I don't name game characters my name. Seriously, watching as your character vanishes slowly from existence, as a kid it felt like it was me disappearing, stupid I know, I don't feel the same nowadays of course, but the memory is still there

I mean for me Pokemon Conquest exists, that game is underrated as hell and actually is a really good game for how limiting the selection of pokemon is. I genuinely want to see another Conquest game with a wider array of pokemon and even more generations to pull from.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky is one of the best games made
It's games like that and Undertale that make me want to erase my memory of them so I can play them "for the first time" all over again.

Moo Moo 6 ah the bottomless sea the sight of one of my biggest fuckups I was on floor 49 (the one before the boss and in the room with the stairs before I went in I decided to rearrange some of my items and that meant discarding some excess escape orbs long story short I accidentally used one of them meaning I had to start the long process all over again let's just say I didn't play for a couple of days.

Played as a Riolu with a partner Eevee, she and I had struggled so much in the game, and by this point, I was not about to let her faint or get hurt again, so I popped a TM for Focus Punch, ran up to the big brute and screamed, "BRING IT ON!" He fell to two Focus Punches from me and several Shadow Balls from her (gave her a ranged attack so Dialga couldn't hurt her without Roar of Time). Apolla will always have a special place in my heart. I don't care if she's just data. To me, she was a real friend.

My recent playthrough of Sky was the inverse, main Eevee, partner Riolu, I uhhhhh, I kinda fuckin one-shot Primal Dialga multiple times over, this wasn't my first rodeo, I'd played Darkness years ago with a Meowth/Turtwig team and knew well enough that this was gonna be harsh.... I threw Dialga a Vile Seed, popped a Violent on my Riolu, instructed him to use Focus Punch, and uhh, hit for multiple thousands of damage when it popped off
Despite the shock of it that devastating blow, I still felt that song in my heart, the cry of pain and insanity in the tune, a second journey just as important as the first
Explorers of Sky is my favorite game of all time, gotta say I clicked this video faster than any other video today!

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky is one of the most underrated games, and IGN's low IQ 4.9/10 rating bothers me to this day, how the heck do you rate a game you can't even finish cause of your lack of skills.
Edit: I just rediscovered this comment I made, I completely forgot this comment existed. Again, IGN is the worst game rating company, like how do you give this game a 4.9 but give SwSh a 9.

Negative Pixel to me, this the best Pokémon game, too. For me, at least, it's a combination of the story, soundtrack, and just plain old nostalgia. Others might like the other games, but this one is one of my favorites, and definitely my favorite Pokémon game.
Burro Ater It is the best not because of the soundtrack, the gameplay, or anything like that. I love it because of the storyline. It, along with mystery dungeon red/blue, is extremely intense and dark compared to the other games. Sure, the other games have villains who want to kill everyone, but few have ever stood a real threat. Even the strongest are still taken down by a kid. In mystery dungeon, you are two unevolved pokemon on a journey to same the space time continuum. There is grovyle, the powerful anit-hero mentor who turns out to be good. There is dusknoir and his sableye. They are some of the most insane characters in pokemon ever! Dusknoir orders the sableye to tie you to a pillar and torture you by slashing you with their deadly claws over and over! Also, it had SOOOOO much end game content, and the bosses were insanely hard.

How did it go?
Beat the shit out of darkrai the moment I got good enough luck to get past wigglytuff fight. That, dusknoir & the amp plains fights were the hardest of the run aside from darkrai itself. One on one's were easy due to vulpix partner.
I re-listened to the OST and thought to myself how good this track would sound in metal, I was damn right, this is legendary (heh). This sounds as intense as this part of the game felt from my memory.

This is one of the final boss themes I didn't appreciate until I was older because I didn't pay attention to music in games
kinda same, but only because way back when, i didnt understand the full emotional weight of it
and now, after playing it, i see it, and i cant unsee it
funnily enough, this is the theme that got me into the mystery dungeon series all the years later
I'm fairly certain this is one of the games that must've made young me fully appreciate music in games. This and Okami.

I had to hear this theme a LOT in the game. Its such a banger that it doesnt even give me bad memories from trying the battle over and over and over and over and over.

Admittedly Primal Tower sounds pretty awesome.

I remember being stuck on this jerk for months when I was a kid. It was worth reloading everytime just for this song though.
This perfectly captures the feeling you have going through this battle as a kid- You're so involved in this story, you and your partner are going to stop a tyrant from messing up the balance of time itself, you made it through temporal tower, and the true final challenge awaits.

This was the first Pokemon game that I legitimately leveled my starter up to 100, I was a shinx it holds a special place in my heart and if I had the chance to get the game again I would in a heartbeat

Cameron Fruin Super Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is apparently very good and has a few cameos of old characters from Explorers of Sky

Robert Poole I did it by just bringing a LOT of Revive Seeds.

Step 1: Be a Pikachu
Step 2: Use Agility
Step 3: There is no step 3, you already won.
Make use of Violent/Vile Seeds, they are incredibly useful especially the latter. They are each version specific between Time/Darkness but in Sky you can obtain both. Dialga has no way to lift the effects of a Vile Seed on it.
Robert Poole actually quite easy if you use stun and sleep seeds
If you have a fire type just do this:
Step 1: Smokescreen
Step 2: ???
Step 3 Profit

I haven't seen much of the game nor have I played it but I can hear why people love this track and how emotional it get people for any reason
Also just to say it, you know your an amazing remixer when you can pump both blood and chills down someones back. Granted thats more of a testement to how stupidly good this track is even in the GBA
