I thought learning to play the banjo was difficult and after watching many videos of Jim Lege making it look so easy playing the Cajun Accordion I was toying with the idea of taking it up, but after watching this video I think I'll stick with learning my banjo, I salute you Mr Lege you are a talented person and I love the music. Thank you and to all the people that play Cajun music !

Thanks for this helpful video! I am a beginner and looking for my first instrument. What key would be most favorable for a female in the alto vocal range?

The Akkordeon, also known as Harmonika, was invented in 1829, not the late 1800s, by Cyril Damien who emigrated to Bohemia, Austria .. birthplace of the ten button, diatonic, bisonoric, bellows driven aerophone.

Don't get hooked on the numbers, it's better to play by feel.

I would start with this easier lesson tune on youtube for free... zydeco extravaganza.. just getting your fingers moving for a basic simple melody...

You will also see what they call the tablature below the video clips at the link above... it tells you which keys to push and pull. the hyphen above the number means you pull the bellows on those notes

This is way too complicated. I was looking for something more lightweight than my old accordian.

😺😸😻😺😻😸Hi There this is Mr Cannadine T. Boxill-Harris, I was wondering if they need to do the exact same version of Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime, why don’t they just Replace the Synthesiser String Sound to a Musette Accordion 🪗 and make this Musette sound for the
Accordion 6 and a half times More Deeper than the Synthesiser String
Sound and also Replace the Xylophone Sound with an 8 Times More Deeper
Chime Bell or Even an 11 Times More Deeper Still Drum Sound, Because it is Still my Very Very Very Very Very Favourite Song Ever since I was about 11 Years of Age Thank You
