BRUSHO...an alternaive to alcohol ink?

- Brusho is a powdered pigment that you add water to. You can create lots of texture and watercolour effects. Some people don't enjoy or can't deal with the fumes from alcohol ink, so I have been experimenting with different products to see if I can find a less smelly alternative. I am also an alcohol ink artist & tried Brusho on Yupo. I found it sat on top of the Yupo & I didn’t like the result. I liked your demo on watercolor paper better. Think I will give that a try. There is just nothing like alcohol inks! 😊
Gaila Hitt hi! Yes, I agree. It did sit on top, kind of like watercolour. It would definitely need sealing to work this way. I know! There really isn’t anything like alcohol inks! :) .... not that I’ve found yet anyway! Lol
I’m wondering if this could be mixed with alcohol?
I’m definitely going to try mixing brusho with alcohol, as soon as I can get a huge bottle of alcohol :-)
